Overview

About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Perhaps the most popular unit on Crescent Beach, with over 95% occupancy for three years running! Book early and book fast to get the BEST view and location on the beach, literally a stone's throw from the waves at high tide! As 1 of only 2 end units in the complex closest to the beach, totally remodeled and completed in 2016—this is a premiere luxury condo you’ll want to rush to get!

Top three reasons this condo has some of the best occupancy rates on all of Crescent Beach:

1. BEST VIEWS:

That’s a bold claim, how can we make it? Well, no condo or home on Crescent Beach is closer to the ocean than this unit! We are an upstairs end unit in the complex closest to the beach, so your views here are unobstructed by tall grassy dunes or long wooden boardwalks blocking the magnificent seascape out your window. Your beach views stretch for miles in both directions. Additionally, only the end units have an extra wall of windows in the living room and master bedroom, bringing those endless beach views right into your unit. It’s not just poetic prose when we say you could forget you’re on land when you sleep at night; come experience laying down on the soft king bed and seeing nothing but ocean waves out your window, feeling the cool breezes, inhaling the salty ocean scents, and hearing only the methodic music of rolling waves out your windows, literally making you feel as though you are on your own personal yacht out at sea. In the morning make sure to get up early because you won’t want to miss a sunrise in this condo and if you don’t want to go out, the sunrise will come to you from the best seat in the house—a chaise lounge surrounded by two walls of windows, or lay in bed and watch your room turn orange from the glow of sunrise. A must-do during your stay is to schedule plenty of time on the chaise watching pelicans dive into the ocean, turtles poke their heads out of the sand dunes, dolphins jump in the waves, and boats lazily sailing by! In fact, some of your best pictures of the beach will be taken from the comfort of this soft chaise lounge and nobody will know you weren’t standing on the sand!

2. CLOSEST TO THE BEACH:

Local restrictions mandated condos built after our complexes to build a certain distance away from the sand dunes. Thus, in other rentals what separates you from the very reason you’re renting here (the ocean), is a long boardwalk. Our “boardwalk” is five steps off the pool deck! If you’re coming for the beach, there is no better complex to stay in to put you footsteps away from your true destination. Additionally because our unit is on the end, we are the closest unit to the beach, hands down; in fact, you’re so close, that at high tide you could throw a rock out the window and hit waves!

3. BEAUTIFUL BEACHY CHIC COTTAGE RETREAT:

The design of this condo was summoned by the seascape and ocean hues out your window bringing indoors the calming color palette of the beach. Beautiful detail work and accessories throughout force this unit to stand out, but not steal the real show happening out your expansive windows. In addition you will find everything you need to enjoy the indoors including a big screen TV w/ high definition cable service & DVR (so you can record your favorite shows and still make the best show-- watching the moon rise out of the ocean), DVD player, TV in the master suite and second bedroom and free private WIFI. All the comforts of home will tempt you to stay indoors in this beautifully designed and comfortably decorated condo, but we know, the ocean call is too loud to ignore.

Recent renovations include:

-New tile flooring that looks like hardwood laid in herringbone pattern

-Completely remodeled kitchen with custom made cabinets, including custom paneled refrigerator, galley kitchen style so you have more room for prep, new appliances, stunning quartz countertops that mirrors the look of the sand outside, and high-end glass tile backsplash

-Main floor bathroom totally renovated with new vanity and gorgeous tile shower with glass tile accents

-Brand new contemporary master bedroom set with large drawers under king bed for storage

-Brand new sitting chair in master bedroom and big screen HDTV mounted on wall

-New comforters in master bedroom and second bedroom

Could you ask for a better three reasons to book this unit today? Perhaps you need an invitation….

We invite you to…

Bathe in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your living room,

Travel only a few steps so you can walk for miles scavenging seashells on a pristine beach, and

Forget you’re on land as you’re lulled to sleep by waves crashing mere feet from your bedroom window.

We invite you to…

Imagine the days of Ponce de Leon as you discover the charming city of nearby St. Augustine,

Break away from tourist attractions and explore the way old Florida used to be, and

Taste the best the south has to offer from smoky barbeque to melt in your mouth gourmet and everything delicious in between.

We invite sun seekers, adventure cravers, and those who have a love affair with the ocean. Whether it be for escape or adventure, or a little of both, we invite you to stay in our beachy chic condo as a base for tranquility and exploration of Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island and the hundreds of attractions nearby.

About Marisa Dye

My name is Marisa and I am a boutique-type manager that specializes in managing only high end units near St. Augustine.

While I’m different from working with an owner (this is what I do for a living so I am fast to answer emails, always available by phone/text, and treat this as a business) I am a lot like an owner as well, in that my roots at Crescent Beach run deep.

Crescent Beach was my grandmother’s beach. Her father drove the local school bus in nearby Palatka and each summer they took the bus to the beach, drove onto the sand and spent their vacation camping. My grandmother grew up and moved out west but couldn’t quite get the sand out from between her toes. Every summer she and her husband would pack their five kids (including my mother) into a station wagon and drive 2300 miles back to Crescent Beach. I didn’t drive cross-country or camp in a school bus, but when I was a teenager my parents purchased a unit on Crescent Beach and I grew to love this beach as my grandmother had!

Some family traditions should never die, so I now vacation right here on Crescent Beach with my kids, who have also come to love this still uncrowded beach my grandmother played on 75 years ago.

Because I was the “Guest” before the “Manager,” I have a unique approach in the way I work with guests

This haven from the world is not only in my blood, but also in my heart, so I love introducing others to Ponce de Leon’s magical city of St. Augustine or inviting them to sink their feet into the sugary sands of Crescent Beach and build unforgettable memories that don’t wash away with the incoming tide. For me this is as much a passion as a business! My love of helping others is evident in over 100 renter reviews that name me personally. I take pride in being a positive part of each guest’s vacation experience.

Renting with me means you won’t mess with people from big companies who have never set foot in the complex or unit. It means if there are problems, I provide 24 ho

Why Marisa Dye chose St. Augustine

Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island is like a secret we hesitate to share, and yet can't keep to ourselves. The beaches are not very busy, and can sometimes even be vacant (where else does that happen?)! It's surrounded by entertainment and adventure, and yet we are always content just breathing in all our condo and the ocean out the door has to offer!

What makes this condo unique

Perhaps the most popular unit on Crescent Beach, with over 95% occupancy for three years running! Book early and book fast to get the BEST view and location on the beach, literally a stone's throw from the waves at high tide!

Breathtaking View

  • 5 of 5

What an excellent time my family and I had at Crescent Beach! We had never been to this area of Florida before, and it won't be our last! When family and friends ask about our venture to a new vacation spot, I have been telling them it is a small, old beach town as it is not commercialized, which we LOVE! Many of the small, family friendly, locally-owned restaurants are frequented by the locals as well as vacationers. Although there were a lot of people on the beach everyday, it wasn't crowded in comparison to other places we have vacationed. There was plenty of space between our chairs and umbrella and others around us. The beach was great-plenty of soft, white sand where the tide hadn't been and harder sand near the water that was great for paddle ball and frisbee throwing. The condo was absolutely AMAZING! It is just as you see in the pictures! Phenomenal views from the living area and master bedroom! The balcony was great for viewing the sunrise, the dolphins we saw nearly everyday, and even a turtle that lived in the dunes right off the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all we needed for a week long vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay at Coquina and will be back!

Consistently Great

  • 5 of 5

This is my family's 4th stay here and it remains the best beach experience ever. We just love it here. The condo is modern and comfortable, the views are great, access to the beach is a breeze and Marissa is always easy to work with. We'll be back this fall!

WOW!!!!

  • 5 of 5

The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is there for you to use, the kitchen is loaded.

The VIEW, you can see 2 miles either way down the beach. you are only 20 minutes St. Augestine, and is an easy drive. Many restraunts within 2-5 minutes. My favorite, the "Beachcomber." Right on the beach. Get there early or you will stand in line.

What a beautiful condo!

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic time in this lovely home! It's perfectly decorated and the view is amazing. Everyone slept great in the comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The extra beach towels/chairs were nice to have available for relaxing on the quiet beach. Couldn't ask for anything more! Looking forward to returning soon!

Great view, wonderful stay, highly recommend

  • 5 of 5

Having traveled extensively throughout the US, this VRBO condo is one of the best. You simply can't beat the views at this Coquina unit. We enjoyed the proximity to activities in St. Augustine and south to Flagler Beach. Marisa is a great manager and the local travel guide book was an awesome added bonus. Coquina is a family friendly, quiet complex with ample parking. The condo had plenty of room and the updated flooring and tasteful decor were much appreciated. This condo is highly recommended. I can now see why it is so rare to have an open week at this beachfront gem. Thank you!!! We hope to stay again in the future.
