Welcome to our Cashiers hideaway! This quiet mountain cottage is surrounded by trees and has a large deck to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the mountain air and sounds of the stream that runs below. Centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown Cashiers and Silver Run Falls, 15 minutes to Sapphire Valley Resort and Lake Glenville, and 30 minutes to Highlands and Lake Toxaway, the cottage is a great home base to explore all that the Cashiers area has to offer.

➤ 2 bedroom/2 bath mountain cottage has a king bed and 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a king if requested when the reservation is made). Can accommodate up to 5 people if using the sofa bed in the living room
➤ Central A/C and heat
➤ Professionally cleaned before each stay with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided
➤ Satellite internet and wifi available throughout the house
➤ Large deck with a sofa, 2 chairs, and tables
➤ Fully equipped kitchen
➤ Dining area with a large dining table
➤ Comfortable living area with 43" TV with DirecTV
➤ Desk and chair for working remotely
➤ Washer and dryer
➤ Pet bowls, towels, and blankets provided for use
➤ Parking for up to 3 cars. Driveway is fairly steep, so 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is required during the months when ice or snow are possible
➤ Dogs are allowed (up to 2 dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less each). If you are planning to bring your dog, they must be included in the reservation so that the pet fee will be applied
➤ Stays that are greater than 14 nights will require midstay cleanings every 14 days, and guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the standard cleaning fee for each cleaning

Note - There are two exterior security cameras that will be on during your stay. Neither of them face any interior areas of the house, and there are no recording devices in the house.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave heat set to 60 during the cold months and A/C to 80 during the hot months.
Please leave beds unmade and leave used towels in a bathtub
If you used the grill, please clean it, clean out the drip pan, turn off the propane, and cover it before leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take care of the cottage, don't burn it down, keep noise at a respectful level. Reservation requests with no positive reviews may be declined.
All trash must be bagged before being put in the trash bin (trash co will not pick up loose trash in the bin). Unbagged trash will result in $100 fee.
Please clean up after your pet, both in and outside. Food and water bowls, blankets to cover the furniture, towels, and a medium crate are provided.
