Family vacation

We loved being so close to the action, but feeling like we were out in the country. It was quiet and peaceful. There were a few minor maintenance issues with light bulbs being out in a bathroom to towel holders that weren't secured to the wall very well. We were afraid to use them. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and the ease of booking our condo.

Pigeon Forge getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Ellen was great to work with!

It was a very enjoyable trip. The location of the condo gave us easy access to the things we had on our list to do. The condo was also in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus.

It was am amazing place. Beautiful views . So close to everything. So happy there weren't any stairs. Its a must for someone whose knees hurt.

perfect location

I have stayed at multiple VRBO residences in Pigeon Forge the past 10 years and this Condo was by far the best location for my wife and our son and his wife. Literally 3 minutes from the parkway, yet isolated enough to give you a sense of privacy and seclusion. The view of the mountains was the best.

Great place

Very clean and close to town, so that was convenient. Fully furnished a lot of cooking utensils, and towels. The only complaint was not getting the passcode in a timely manner. I had it before checkin but the same day of checkin.

There was acouple of issues walking through the door. Called the owner and he fixed the air conditioning and brought over a new coffee maker. The place was a little outdated and needs a few little repairs. Nice location!

Our stay

Our overall stay and location was very nice. However, the cleanness was not ok. I run a cleaning business and this is not except able. We get chrged a cleaning fee but came into a uncleaned condo. Bedrooms blankets was still dirty and cobwebs everywhere along with thick dust on things especially around furniture and corner of floors. Finger prints on fridge still. We had to clean to feel comfortable. Will not stay here againi have pictures i took. Even the balcony was dirty

Nice location, communication with property management needs to improve

We enjoyed the unit once we arrived, as it is very close to the main strip along with other important family-related needs (e.g., grocery store, playground, etc.). Our biggest issue was the lack of communication from the property manager, as we didn't receive any emails prior to our arrival explaining how to access the unit (we were able to connect via phone the day of check in to get this info). Additionally, VRBO emails were not answered, and we did not receive any check out procedures. These are easy fixes, as the rest of the overall stay was fine.

A very nice condo. The Mountain View’s were great. It was tucked back but yet very, very close to everywhere you’d want to go.
