The house was as advertised and our group of 10 slept, ate, and enjoyed our time. The fishing was good with easy access to multiple sites within a 30 min drive. We did not utilize the hot tub, but showers and bedrooms on each level allowed everyone to stay in comfort. The open floor plan with kitchen/dining/den also helped for all to enjoy meals together. Overall a great trip...would highly recommend.

Great family time location!

The house is great. Game room is pretty sweet, thoroughly enjoyed that as well as hot tub. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable for movie watching or too much relaxing. But overall a great place we willl be visiting again!

New Year’s Eve!

We had a wonderful time in the mountain house. Gorgeous views. The kiddos loved their hot tub time while the parents hung around the campfire. It was a great place to ring in the New Year! 🎊

Great for Family or Friend gathering

When you arrive at the home, the first thing you notice is the breath taking view and the peace of the area. The home is comfortably equipped to handle a large group with three levels of sleeping areas and bathrooms. The house was clean and the beds are comfortable- even the bunk beds. The water pressure was good and the hot water abundant. Furbabies are welcome also. Plenty of space for walking the dogs around the property and plenty of space for parking. We had three cars in our group. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to create fantastic meals to take advantage of the view you won’t find at most restaurants. And Walmart delivers to the house if you need anything. Jeremy, the owner and his team could not have been more responsive. He answered all my questions before I booked the property. He was also readily available to assist me with a problem upon arrival. I had some trouble with my AWD Subaru sedan navigating the steep gravel driveway. I made it up but it was extremely difficult. Jeremy made arrangements to have the driveway scraped. SUV’s have no trouble navigating. We were here for my nephew’s college graduation from WCU which was minutes away. It was nice to have this relaxing family time. We took advantage of the game room and large TV’s that connected to our streaming services with ease. All in all it was a wonderful home that met our needs.

Five star review is based on very helpful and proactive communications by the hosts, super comfortable beds, the hot tub, grill, everything was fully functioning, the entertainment options/space in the house which made being there very enjoyable for our group, and the beautiful views. The location of the house is very convenient for quick access to nearby town areas.

This was a lovely place. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This property was the closest one to Bryson City that was available on vrbo which is why we chose it. That being said, we would choose it again hands down. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very nicely appointed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area or the smokey mountains in general.

Definitely a do again cabin!!!

This cabin is beautifully kept, clean, and perfectly positioned just outside the Smokey Mts!!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a rural location yet so close to awesome places, that has beautiful views, great amenities, and somewhere you can enjoy with a big family.

Incredible Home & Host!

We had a great time at Jeremy’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures (even better). The neighborhood is very conveniently located to hiking, breweries, fishing and the lovely town of Sylva! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
