Located in eastern Tennessee, this vacation rental boasts proximity to outdoor attractions everyone can enjoy as well as views of the Great Smoky Mountains from the property! Head to tee time at Wild Laurel Golf Course, sightsee at Meigs Falls, then check out nearby breweries. After a day of exploring, cool off in the saltwater pool or recount the day’s memories in rocking chairs around the fire pit. ‘Vacation You’ awaits!

Great location for hiking in the Smokies

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as advertised and well suited for our visit to the Smokies. We had an issue with the access code to the property but both the property manager and owner responded quickly and got us in. I would use this property on a future visit.

Townsend is known as the peaceful side of the Smokies and this condo made even more peaceful it is off the main drag and up a hill where there is no noise at all. the condo is well maintained, and the cleaning company does a great job we have absolutely 0 complaints. We would definitely come back and most likely will.

4 Night Stay

Always love staying at this community when visiting Townsend and this unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Gate entry code was wrong when checking in the first night but Crystal was exceptionally responsive and got us the right code in minutes.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for our trip. Great location, safe and quiet. Friendly neighbors. We could park right in front of the unit which was wonderful.

Unruly nextdoor neighbor - SUPER OBNOXIOUS AND LOUD

The checkin process was fine. The floors throughout were still very dirty though. We reached out to the property manager and a cleaning person came out quickly. The property is listed as "tranquility" however it is anything but that. The immediate next door neighbor literally threw a fiesta with mariachi music blasting from 1:30 AM to about 3:30 AM, extremely loud guests, banging on walls and doors, multiple vehicles, ect... My family (spouse and 3 young children) did not sleep for several hours because of this. The following morning, a number of the neighnors were throwing up in the grass area in front of the unit. This was totally unacceptable and honestly, we should be refunded for a day as it was a disaster of a night and it ruined our following day because everyone was exhausted. I would not recommend staying here.

Guys trip for Bronco Celebration

I, along with my 16 year old son along with my dad, made the trip to Townsend for the Bronco Super Celebration. This place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean. Great location. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars.

We loved being in a gated community and super close to lots of hiking options. Cades Cove Scenic Loop, Abrams Falls and Laurel Falls were all close by and excellent! We were also close to Tuckaleechee Caverns and the Foothills Parkway, which was a gorgeous drive and view from Look Rock. Even Clingmans Dome and Andrews Bald were only around 1 hour away. This was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel while on vacation, and it definitely won us over!! Kudos to Jennifer for ensuring that we felt like we were on vacation with the whole check out process, too!! ❤️

Fantastic stay

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was beyond our expectations. Kitchen was well furnished. We cooked two meals, no problems. We even had a Christmas tree. We are shaing our stay with family and friends. Had a great & relaxing stay. Thank you!

Great location!

Located in a great area! In country and gated community! Only thing is there was a bathroom in each bedroom not one general bathroom that the one on couch could use at night! The Air mattress in back room would not stay inflated! Very nice place with lots of room!

Peaceful side of the mountains

A nice condo in a private, quiet setting with friendly neighbors. Everything you need is avaliable at the condo. The owner makes access very easy. Second stay in this complex and recommend this overall location (there are multiple condos listed for the same location).

Adorable condo with a beautiful view

This was such a cute and cozy condo, the perfect size, and we loved having two bathrooms. The beautiful view was a surprise - we weren’t even aware of a condo community in Cades Cove Reserve until finding this one. It was such a pretty mountain scene to see each time we walked out the door. We loved the gated community and the safety of that, and having the garbage dumpster close to the exit so we could drop off as we left for the day was super convenient. The owner was so sweet and kind…she had all the information for the condo and even area attractions available for guests, there were plenty of games to play - we loved that! She thought of everything it seemed, to make sure guests felt at home. We didn’t use the screened in back porch, but it was so cute and a great space for anyone who would want to use it. Communication with the owner was easy - she responded quickly to questions and answered thoroughly. The area was peaceful and far enough out from all the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still close enough for a scenic drive that wasn’t too long to both locations. Adorable little coffee shops along the way, too! This was such a great place to stay for sure. Would definitely recommend!!
