About this property

This spacious yet cozy home is perfect for families to create lasting memories in! Our backyard features a brick fire pit for those awesome s’more making fires. Our pool is perfect for those hot Sacramento summers and our backyard provides plenty of room for all your needs. The large backyard space will make any cook or grill master happy with a Traeger smoker and charcoal grill.

Enjoy the recently updated inside space with a separate living and dining room area to host your family and friends this holiday season and beyond.

Living room features a 65" TV with a Dolby Atmos 8-speaker in ceiling/wall surround sound system for enjoying your favorite movies and shows!

All 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, and one room can double as an office with access to our home printer. There is also a 1/2 bathroom downstairs for convenience.

The finished garage features an incline trainer and free weights so you can get a good sweat in while traveling. You will also find full size washer & dryer in the garage for taking care of your laundry needs. For our Tesla enthusiast, there's a Tesla level 2 charger in the garage. This home has it all!

Loved the location, Friendly neighborhood!

Xavier was very responsive and accommodated our needs during our stay. When we arrived we noticed linens in 2 bedrooms were pretty dirty. Spent the whole day washing all linens in 3 of the bedrooms. Unexpectedly, while washing didnt realize the washer door was broken and most of the soapy water spilled out. Had to hold the door closed with a piece of a wooden table in the garage. Definitely needs a washer upgrade. The kitchen counter had ants on it and realized the dishes in the dishwasher had not been washed and ants all over. Washed those too! Although the vinyl liner throughout the swimming pool was lifting, it served its purpose but needs to be repaired soon. Friendly neighbors and neighborhood was a plus!!!

The house was nice, even though we enjoyed the pool, it needs some work. The dishwasher started leaking and we couldn’t get a hold of manager

Not enough space for 10

The house was nice, but it advertised for 10 people. We had 9 people, and there were not enough beds to sleep everyone. There was also not enough plates, cups etc for 10 people. The backyard was nice and spacious. I would definitely go again, but with less people.
