What a wonderful experience! The house was stocked with everything you can need and was so clean! We can't wait to come back and would recommend this property to anyone!
We had a wonderful visit to this special property! The location was perfect, the home was clean and well appointed with everything we could need. We hope to visit again soon!
This is a beautiful house and property! Very well maintained inside and out and tastefully decorated.
The beach right outside your door is a huge plus.
The house is very well stocked meeting every need.
The property is actually more stunning than the photos. An extremely easy jaunt down minimal stairs to an ample beach. Perfect area for beach fires. And the kitchen was well equipped for nights that we stayed in to cook. Tons of wineries to sample that are nearby. It served as the perfect base camp for a family vacation.
The house was beautiful as well as furnishings. Fantastic view of the Lake Michigan and great outdoor space and private beach. Plenty of room. Natalie was great to work with and very responsive to all needs.
This was the perfect place for our group of 9 HS girlfriends from 7 different states to be introduced to Lake Michigan. We spent 4 nights in this beautiful house with wonderful amenities and gorgeous views of the lake. Everyone loved it! Natalie was a fantastic host and at her suggestion we also enjoyed our visit to Suttons Bay Ciders. This property is convenient to many places and activities, and as a bonus our stay happened to overlap with the Leland Food & Wine Festival. Awesome trip!
The house is even lovelier than the photos present. The beach is only steps away where we found many Petoskey stones and in the evenings we sat by the fire. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of games we could play in the closet. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we truly had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to any up North visitors.
We look forward to our summers on Lake Michigan all year round and this house is absolutely perfect. We were surrounded by peace and quiet except for the beautiful sounds of the lake and we were still close enough to enjoy fabulous meals and ice cream in town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us! Once again, it did not disappoint. It was the perfect back drop to create more family memories that we will cherish forever.
This was a vacation for gathering extended family members, and this house was perfect. The property and home are high-quality and well maintained. Frankly, even nicer than the pictures show. The downstairs level was perfect for the parents with small children, and there is great flow and plenty of seating areas in the main room. The deck is well furnished with a seating area and long dining table with comfortable chairs, not shown in the listing photos. The firepit at the beach also has a grouping of chairs, perfect for late evenings.
Wow what a beautiful week my family and I had at Natalie’s amazing Lake Michigan home. Just steps away from the spacious outdoor deck was a white sandy beach. The house is centrally located between Leland and northport with Traverse City and Glen Arbor being a quick 25 minute drive away. The house is also located close to the many wineries, breweries, and all other Leelenau Peninsula attractions. The inside of the home was beautifully decorated and had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable week long stay. Natalie is easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. My family is already talking about returning next year. Thank you Natalie for giving my family and I memories which we will never forget.
This property is even better than the listing. We were immediately relaxed when we entered this beautiful home. The views are breathtaking and the house is well stocked with everything you will need for a family trip. Natalie is always available if you need anything! Looking forward to coming back again and creating more family memories. The setting is absolutely perfect!
Words cannot describe how wonderful the house and location are. The house is beautiful, well appointed and just feels like you are at the beach on vacation. And then there is the beach! Wonderful and great for swimming and exploring. And the sunsets top it all off. We have stayed at many wonderful spots in the Sleeping Bear and Leelanau Peninsula areas and this one was simply the best. Thank you to Natalie and the Korzons!
My multigenerational family and I absolutely loved staying in this stunning and peaceful home. I could not believe how close the beach was, just a few steps down the stairs and we were in rock hunters paradise on our own private beach. The children loved the bunk room. All of rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I slept so well on the main floor suite with the screen door open- we could hear the crashing waves all night. Grandma and Grandpa opted to enjoy the loft master suite and could not stop talking about the view they woke up to. The home was laid out perfectly for our extended family to enjoy, especially grilling out on the spacious deck. The home has a wonderful breeze going through it due to the positioning on the lake so as someone that usually sleeps hot I was very comfortable. We are already talking about booking this property next year and making staying at this home a new tradition for our family. It didn't feel like a rental it felt like " Home."

About the host
Hosted by Natalie Martin
Northern Michigan has such a special place in our family's heart. Our grandparents built this amazing house 25+ years ago as a place to bring the family together and so when it came a time for us to buy it, we just couldn't let it go. Now we're excited to share this very special place with all of our guests. Between our parents that own a local cidery, and all of the sisters, cousins, aunts and uncles that own places all over the Leelanau Peninsula, this is the area that brings us all together. I'm easily reachable for any of your questions or needs and always happy to share any local knowledge from the best farm stands, to great biking trails and wineries. Feel free to message me for any questions before booking your stay.
