Your quiet oasis is just steps from Ogunquit's Marginal Way and restaurants such as the Footbridge Lobster, MC Perkins Cove as well as amazing shops right outside your doorstep. Views of Perkin's Cove, the Atlantic Ocean, and Perkin's Cove historical drawbridge is right outside your window.

The magical location is a hidden gem within the serenity of your cottage with, in addition to 2 bedrooms, has 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, and living room, and has the most amazing outside deck overlooking the ocean. Open the large sliding glass doors and feel the relaxing and therapeutic ocean breeze and let the ocean be your playground. Have an amazing diner on the oceanfront deck.

Fresh new high thread count linens and Turkish towels are provided as well as start-up shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your culinary delights. Enjoy the convenience of fast WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and an iron and ironing board. There is even on-site parking - a true rarity in Perkins Cove.

The location is absolutely ideal: Quiet yet in the center of it all. Enjoy Perkins Cove activities like deep sea fishing trips, charter boats, and beautiful cruises along the Maine coast, as well as shopping, museums and art galleries. Steps outside your door enjoy everything lobster - from a lobster breakfast, to lobster mac and cheese to the Footbridge Lobster's famous Lobster Roll.

Beachgoers can stroll the Marginal Way to the beach or catch an easy trolley or golf cart ride to the Maine Beach. We can even show you some local favorite beach hideouts and lesser known local restaurants. Where does Broadway go in the summer? Well, the Ogunquit Playhouse of course! The shows at our remarkable playhouse have incredible performances and history including where Betty Davis started her career!

Ogunquit Beach has been recently recognized as one of the top ten beaches in the United States and it is your time for you to see why!

There are also attractions right outside our Beautiful Place by the Sea. The Cape Neddick Golf Course is just a few miles from the cottage as well as Mount Agamenticus for outdoor enthusiasts. Portland Maine is just 45 minutes and Portsmouth, New Hampshire is only about 25 minutes. Boston is 64 miles south of Ogunquit.

After all of this playing, come back to your cottage and relax and enjoy a cocktail on the oceanfront deck or search for sea dollars or sea glass on your own private beach. Too much stress? Wonderful Location

Beautiful property in a wonderful location in Perkins Cove. We loved being so close to shops and restaurants and have the ocean outside the back door as well. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Ogunquit. The owner was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect.

The property location is amazing. The amenities fit our needs perfectly. There were 3-4 restaurants/eateries with great tasting super fresh seafood (LOBSTER ROLL) within walking distance!! Make sure you are aware of town noise ordance though...Our game of UNO on the deck was too rambunctious although we appreciated the request to keep it down

The Perfect Get Away

Perfectly located in the heart of Perkins Cove. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Awesome view. Location is perfect for relaxing or exploring. Looking forward to going back.

Great 4 day get-away

Fantastic location. Charming interior. We stayed in early December and all was cozy...no crowds, right on the water, walks along the shore, easy distance for exploring other Maine coast towns of note. Highly recommended!

The Richters do Maine!

The cottage is adorable! Very comfortable, well equipped and the location was perfect! The only downside is that a lot of the shops & restaurants were either closed or in the process of closing for the season. I am already planning a return trip but will come earlier in the month.

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous home. The sunrises are fantastic, the beach access is wonderful, and the location is the best. The host was incredibly easy to deal -- very responsive and friendly. This was just the vacation we wanted in Ogunquit. We were very fortunate to spend our vacation in this beautiful home.

Perkins Cove Cottage Pleasure

We had a wonderful stay! The property and location was perfect. Enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the tide roll in & out. Took several walks on the Marginal Way up into town for shopping & restaurants. Day trips to Wells Beach, York Beach, Kennebunkport & Portland. Also got to enjoy opening night of Waitress at Ogunquit Playhouse.

Greek cottage, great Cove

This was the perfect spot for the perfect vacation. This cottage is perfectly nestled among the many businesses and residences that make up Perkins Cove. Just 50 feet away from our favorite lobster shack, we enjoyed eating lobster on our private deck overlooking our secluded little beach. Jason our Host was ever so helpful and kind. He is well-connected with Community and shared information about some lovely musical events. The accommodations were great!

Perfection!

This house couldn't be more perfect - the location is right at the end of the Marginal Way, smack in the middle of Perkins Cove and right on the ocean. The house itself is lovely, well maintained, with beautiful views from both levels. We walked to every meal, shopped, hiked and went to the beach. I would definitely come back again!

Very nice place...needs some simple maintenance! Could use some kitchen pots/pans and dish clothes and towels. Slight inconvenience but did not ruin my week or the cottage stay! Would return..

Before Jason's career in hospitality, Jason was a Funeral Director in Massachusetts. Jason is married and has two children - Olivia and Eli. Jason spends his winters in Palm Springs, California!
