This was a perfect place for my husband and myself. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. It was a plus for us to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. Had a small hiccup with check in but the host was responsive and everything turned out great. The rental is located in a great area. We loved the walking trail right out the back door. The beaches that were close were all great. We would definitely stay here again.

Mid. I would seek value somewhere else. Very dated and not a well maintained property. A/C unit is a noisy floor standing unit (it works..). Broken things can be found just about everywhere in this Studio Condo. Missing tile/baseboards, phone jack no cover, bath fan barely to not functioning, Sliding Glass door doesn't slide, a split level flooring drop Condition without handrail(unsafe- had to keep lights on 24/7 to see( you could fall into the dining furniture easily. Great location/old Condo that came up short as a fair value. Only got 2 towels and a wash cloth. Found the rest of the towels in the t/v cabinet while checking if I left things behind. Beautiful Large TV didn't work. Checked everything reconnected everything had power /nothing. Came to the conclusion after everything that we were in a poorly managed VRBO listing. Reviews were far from reality. We were likely first visitors after the Hurricane Lowell and came with Aloha to this battered and deviated Island. Kauai is healing and nearly everyone was friendly and welcoming. Come and Support Kauai they need it. Just not this adress
It is a very nice condo. Location is perfect for seeing the North Shore. The grounds were gorgeous with its landscaping. Parking was easy with our own spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with new sheets. The air conditioner was a nice addition. The kitchen was great. We cooked meals twice a day during our stay and had all the pots and pans we needed. We only used the back deck for drying our gear and shoes. It was either too hot or raining. The bathroom was nice. The only thing that we minded was it’s on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise so we didn’t keep the deck doors open. On the other hand, we walked the main road’s bike path several times which was great. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful with beautiful homes and landscaping. We even walked to the local grocery store and shops. Those damn roosters kept waking us up at 0400-0500 each morning. Ce La vie. At least they made us get up and get going to see this beautiful island. I would highly recommend this condo and its location.
This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again!

Țhe description of this rental is inaccurate. The lanai (porch) does not overlook the nature trail and the golf course. The Lanai is about 30 feet from the main road for the Princeville condo/resort area. The traffic noise from 4pm to about 8:30pm was very noticeable in the condo. But, there was also significant traffic noise throughout the rest of the day. The bed/living/dining combined area is carpeted with a shag carpet rug under the couch and small table. (Not the rug in the picture). It is curling up on the corners and is easy to trip on. There is a significant musty/moldy smell to the rental. The free standing air conditioning unit is right next to the bedside table and cannot be moved. It is a considerable blower noise, right by your head, as you try to sleep. However, it does block out some of the road noise. There was only one bedside table light, so one of us did not have a light to read by or to turn on at night, if needed. Yes, there is a decent bathroom, bed, and kitchen. Overall, the biggest disappointment was that the lanai faces and is close to a busy road. We were expecting a quiet peaceful view from the lanai that backed up to the nature trail and the golf course.
The property was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely be going back.

Laundry service was great. Kitchen was fine & had the basics. Unit was right next to road & not very private. Shag rug was a tripping hazard. There was good storage for unpacking.
