Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private outdoor swimming pool located in the Port Orchard, Southworth, Manchester, Wa area. Just several minutes from the Wa State and Kitsap Transit ferries to downtown, and West Seattle. Peek a boo views of the Puget sound and just a few minutes from the beautiful Manchester beach water front and boat launch. Downtown Port Orchard is great for walking through the Antique shops and enjoying good food. From there, you can also hop on a foot ferry for a fun little 10 minute ride to downtown Bremerton. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard just 20 minute drive if you are here on a work trip or just want look at the Big Ships. Restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. Gig Harbor, Wa only 15 minutes drive.

Very nice property in a great location. We enjoyed the pool very much! Well fenced in yard that kept our pups safe while we were outdoors and was very private. Rodney was a great host and communicated with us all the information we needed to have a great stay.Bonus: When we were staying, we saw an eagle's nest behind the church across the street, which was really cool! Visible from the front yard!

Rodney went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. This location is wonderful… walking distance to the beach. The house is very comfortable and kid and pet friendly. We have enjoyed our stay tremendously.

We needed a place close to the golf courses we were playing. This property was the perfect spot and was very comfortable. We appreciated the owner stopping by to answer questions and to make sure we felt welcomed.

Nice weekend get away!

Just me wife and our two Maltese we enjoyed the pool, house was comfy if you just want a place to relax have a pool allot of room this is it we BBQ with their grill excellent stay for us!!

Lionel visited the first day to answer questions and to ensure all was as expected. He answered texts promptly and helped with answering traffic flow questions. Very friendly but not intrusive. The property was everything it is described to be with the exception of the many blackberry shrubs at the back. Great for picking, if you have little ones, they would probably love the activity. Just watch out for the thorns. Our grandson grew gills. Cool water did not bother him at all, but I on the other hand, was able to grow half an inch of hair on my head. Seems like every part of my body was trying to find a warmer higher ground for the few minutes it took me to acclimate.Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gadgets and vessels. Grilling in the back yard was enjoyable with a shady area and lawn chairs. Quiet area with near access to ferries and other points of interest. Had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely House & Great Location

Our family stayed here while visiting family and exploring Olympic National Park. The location is great, close to the sound, and the area is beautiful. Taking the ferry from Seattle was easy and the kids enjoyed it. The house is lovely and the kids really loved the pool! Host is very responsive. Overall we had a great stay!

This home is great! It is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We felt right at home, as this is a family friendly property. Rodney is a territic host and makes communication easy. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 6 plus my parents (8 total) stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect for us! The bedrooms were good in size, the bathrooms were also spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen were open. It had everything we needed. I even messaged ahead to ask if we needed a porta crib or an air fryer but the owner took care of it all for us! The pool on the back yard was cold, but didn’t stop my kids from going in. We had fun despite the cooler water. Rodney was AMAZING as a host. He was so easy to talk to, excellent at replying and trying to accommodate anything we needed or had questions on. Very charming man, with a perfect home away from home. And a quick 5 mins drive to the ferry made it super easy to commute. We all said we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone we know that comesTo Port Orchard.

Amazing home

The house is in a great location. Rodney was awesome! One of the best stocked homes we've stayed in. It was clean and comfortable and the pool was great for my kids. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for everything

Great Stay

The house was in a good location if you want to relax and enjoy. The house was clean, spacious and the neighborhood was very quiet. The pool is great except we weren’t able to enjoy it because the weather was too cold but we enjoyed the grill and the fire pit. My family and I had a good time. If you can, take the ferry!

Great spot with lots of space and a great price

Super open floor plan. Loved it. Nice furniture and electronics. The pool was really nice also. Great communication. We will rent this spot again next year.

Great House - very well stocked

We had a great stay at this property. The house was well stocked and very clean and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The owner was also very communicative and helpful! Our only small complaint was the pool was not heated and VERY cold when we arrived, but it did warm up gradually over the stay, and we still used it. Overall very good experience!
