Cabin was clean host was easy to contact and quick to respond with any information needed. Close to many attractions just a few minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge.

Mold in the pool room, towels were stained with something, no extra garbage bags, pool was gross so don’t expect to swim, overall the entire cabin seemed unclean and barely taken care of.

Clean property..hot tub was nice..smoke detector chirped the entire stay on 3rd floor ceiling that we couldnt reach. There were dirty towels when we arrived. There was no communication from owner after check in. It should be stated in the description of the property that it is not handicapped accessible.

Great Cabin

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to The Island, Dollywood, and only about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun family getaway. The kids loved the pool and the arcade-style video game machine, while the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Pigeon Forge area!

Cute cabin

Our family enjoyed Pigeon Forge for the week while my son played a baseball tournament at Ripken. The cabin was perfect for a Week long stay. The interior could use some attention however as the dining chairs are broken and the towel rings were falling off the walls in the bathroom. The TVs did not work and the smoke detectors were also hanging precariously from the ceilings though it appeared they were still functioning. A little more attention to these details would be nice for the price of the cabin. Bath linens were stained but we brought our own so we just put theirs to the side

Pool is useless.

Arrived to find the house a complete mess. Had not been cleaned. Property managers did get the cleaning crew out to get it cleaned up. Finally got to bed really late after a 10 hour drive. Pool, which was a big selling point to us, was in bad shape. Pool room had a really bad smell and pool was filthy. Don't think they spend much time worrying about pool maintenance. Managers were supposed to get someone out to look. Never happened. Will not ever be staying at this location again. What a waste.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Cabin needs some attention. Floors were filthy, showers were not cleaned-hair/razor cap in the shower floor, pink mold due to lack of proper cleaning. The faucet in the shower on the main floor is very loose and barely on so it’s hard to adjust the temperature because it’s loose. I ended up cleaning the shower and sweeping and mopping the floors because they were so bad. The pool room is a disaster-the door is hard to open because it’s all swollen due to all the high moisture and no property ventilation to help keep the humidity down. There is also mold all over the doors/door trim due to all the moisture- has a smell so it’s best to open the doors to let in air from outside to help with the smell. I told the host about this so hopefully the proper people will come and clean it and fix the issue. Only one tv remote worked properly and that’s the living room one all the others the Roku remotes did not so we had to download the app and use our phones to work the tv especially upstairs and the basement. The hot tub did work but again wasn’t properly maintained. We ended up having to clean a lot of hair out of the hot tub and I also picked up a lot of trash that was laying around the house outside. The kitchen has some things but I wouldn’t call it stocked with everything you need if your planning on doing any cooking, which is not a big deal but informative for others planning their stay.

Issues

First off we couldn't get into the house, the code locks didn't work, finally told where some keys were and finally got in, maintenance did come and replace the door lock, no further problems with that. Secondly, there is a pool in the house which the code lock didn't work, also the doir alarm was broken to it also, the only thing that workd was the deadbolt, this is completely not safe for a family with small children that could gain access to the pool. Bed on main floor is very uncomfortable. Aside from that the area is beautiful with alot to do and many places to eat. Dollywood park and water park are musts.

Nice getaway

This house had everything needed for a fun relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and still newish. There was a small damage on stairs that needed repair but overall very happy with the house!! The drive is steep but manageable. We did not like the check in process as the door code did not work and it was extremely hot so we had to wait for a response per the app on how to get in. Phone number listed no one answered. The keys were to be in a lock box which was open and no keys were found. We finally got in but we were not happy about that part. There was construction going on to the right with a new build and the house to the left with some updates outside so it was nosier than we would like.

Awesome all around!

We had a great stay and hope to come back again soon! The location was very convenient, literally just a few minutes drive to Pigeon Forge attractions and an easy drive to Gatlinburg. We had a slight issue with opening the door to the pool area when we first arrived but I contacted the owner and he literally replied within minutes with a quick resolution. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog and we had more than enough room. The pool area was awesome for the kids. We were on Spring Break and attractions were crazy packed so we spent most of the time at the house—between the pool table, pool and hot tub we were content with just hanging out there! We also made most of our meals at home and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to do so. Couple of things that weren’t an issue but an FYI: the driveway is quite steep, as you’d expect in the Smokies—we had 4x4 vehicles so it was no big deal, but something to be aware of. There was also construction next door—the house must be very well insulated because we could not hear a thing while we were inside but the hot tub location on the porch could pose an odd situation if you were to go in during the day. Overall this was a perfect place up stay and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Choice

We stayed here family of 10 very spacious and comfortable! As soon as you walk in it’s super nice !! Love all tne rooms had it’s own bathroom super plus the kids enjoyed tne pool . We were very happy with our choice choosing this cabin !
