This property has the New England charm! We absolutely love staying here it was very close to everything Kittery, Maine has to offer. Also very close to Portsmouth New Hampshire. The house is located in a quiet family, friendly neighborhood overall great experience and would absolutely stay again.

We loved this place! Amazing location - we walked to Portsmouth each day, but appreciated the quiet street and easy parking; having 3 bedrooms was great for our family of 5; the furniture and linens were clean and in great shape; the kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee (great after a long flight!); the host was easy to reach and answered questions quickly; plus, the checkout was super easy. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

This home had everything that our group of 4 adults needed for our stay over the long weekend, and it is well-located! The hosts are helpful and attentive, and it was easy to communicate with them. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We loved staying here! It was the perfect setting for our first visit to the Kittery/Portsmouth area—quiet neighborhood, but not too far from lots of shops, cafes, and gorgeous water views.

This beautiful home is located close to all attractions, shopping and great dining! Communication with the hosts was outstanding! They checked in regularly to make sure everything was great! I definitely recommend this property!

Comfortable and great location

Wonderful Kittery Home

Great spot for small groups

We had a great stay, the house is in a quiet neighborhood a quick walk across the bridge from downtown Portsmouth. Super clean, easy check in and communicative hosts. The only thing I would note is the living spaces don't have a ton of room, we had four adults and felt that was the max that could comfortably fit, but there are two living spaces so I suppose you could split a large group of needed. Otherwise, a fab spot!

Amazing Location and Great Place

The location and proximity to Portsmouth & Kittery was fantastic; we loved the amenities and space overall. The only thing I wish was for another bedroom as we were working remotely (4 of us). With that said, it was nearly a perfect spot and I would certainly stay there again!

We had a fabulous time in Kittery for our weekend away. Steve and Jen were very easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process very easy. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect to downtown Portsmouth. We had a great time!

This is an amazing property in a great location. Easy walk to Portsmouth where we spent most of our time. But also a great place to lounge and spend time with old friends. Highly recommend.

Fun Family Weekend

We had a great stay! The property was just as advertised and well appointed. They have done a terrific job updating this property and it was comfortable, clean and inviting. We had a wonderful family weekend with our adult children with easy proximity to both Kittery and Portsmouth. We would definitely return.

Great house and location

We were very happy with our stay in Kittery. The house was very clean and Steve and Jen were very communicative and friendly. We especially appreciated the location of the house. It is less than a mile to downtown Portsmouth. We were able to walk across the Memorial Bridge and could enjoy the restaurants and shops in Portsmouth.

lovely sun filled house in great location. A short walk to Kittery foreside and downtown portsmouth. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and had a nice outdoor patio space. The kitchen is newly renovated with everything you need to make meals. The bedrooms are all upstairs, along with one of the full bathrooms. Both queen beds have great mattresses, and there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. Steve and Jen are very friendly and responsive. We’d love to stay there again.

Great retreat in Kittery Maine

The property was exactly as described. Perfect place for a family stay. Three bedrooms and the two baths were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Three televisions and a workspace too. Easy walk to Portsmouth and Kittery Forside. Plenty of access to highways. Great place to stay. The owners were responsive to all our questions. Cosy, clean and comfortable!

We (family of four, 2 adults, a teen and pre-teen) recently stayed at this beautiful and spacious New England three bedroom house. As soon as we stepped through the door we felt right at home. The house was equipped with everything we needed, was well maintained and exceptionally clean. It’s central location (walking distance to Portsmouth, easy access to the Kittery outlet malls) in a quiet neighbourhood was a great plus. Communication with Jen and Steve was prompt, pleasant and very accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay and will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area.

This is a fantastic home nestled between downtown Portsmouth (.5 miles) and downtown Kittery (.4 miles). There are tons of things to do and experience from culture, dining, music, entertainment, shopping, sandy beaches and so much more!

What makes this property unique

Aside from being a beautiful home, the location is hard to beat. Just a short walk across the famous Piscatacqua River where you'll see and large ships coming in and out. Quite a sight to see!
