This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
The unit also includes: High efficiency A/C; free WiFi; Flat-screen HD Smart TV; kitchenette with all necessary utensils, dishes and glasses; all necessary linens and towels (both regular and beach); under-counter fridge; microwave; coffee maker; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Studio 153 was upgraded and fully furnished throughout. Wake up to fresh morning breezes after getting the perfect night's sleep on the King size bed that is comfortably furnished. Enjoy the outdoor BBQs at poolside, ground floor access and two ice makers on property.153 boasts unparalleled views of the Sleeping Giant (Nounou) mountain range and Waipouli Beach, and is in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls.
We offer free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes: * Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. * A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges. * A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

Needed get away
The condo was exactly as showed on line. The bed was very comfortable nice to have a king bed. Close to everything great walking/ bike path.
Walk out onto the beautiful almost private beach, absolutely beautiful!!!
The only issue was the sliding glass door very hard to open and close
Would definitely recommend this condo!!! Hope to come back next year.

A week in paridise
The room was very good for a couple staying a week. All was good except for the off site management. We were not allowed to use the on site laundry facility and other things associated with the Aston management. The room was managed by an independent and not the Aston Islander on the Beach.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're happy to hear that the room worked well for your stay! We do want to gently remind you that we clarify in both our ads and the pre-arrival documents that we are independently managing privately owned units within the Aston complex, and therefore are not part of the Aston Islander on the Beach reservation system. This is why certain services, such as the laundry facilities, are not available to our guests. However, there are laundromats very close by in Kapa'a. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you had an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Amazing location
Location, location, location!! Beautiful grounds, beach, beach chairs, and did I mention location?!! The unit had everything we needed. Kathy was easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful when we asked for a bar of hand soap for the bathroom and to fix the loose slider door handle. Loved the king size bed and wine cooler! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all. 👍🏼👍🏼
