Escape to Bliss By the Bay, located in South Dennis, MA, Cape Cod. Located only an hour and a half from Boston and is centrally located, a short drive to beautiful Mayflower Beach, 5 star restaurants, Johnny Kelly Rec Park at one end of the street and deeded beach rights to Kelly’s Bay on the other!!! Drop your kayaks in and enjoy! Johnny Kelly Park has tennis courts, pickle ball, walking trails, basketball, children’s park and much more. Only 1 mile away is the Cape Cod bike trail! The cottage is totally renovated with a well equipped kitchen, has 2 to 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5 October through April, sleeps 6 May through September. The 3rd extra bedroom does not have AC or heat, fan provided, lots of windows . A travel tender provided for baby, central air, full bath and laundry room. Large fully fenced in yard with patio for lounging, a second patio for dining with new outdoor furniture, large outdoor shower and custom fire pit!
The new deck and stone patio just installed that will surely improve your stay! A peaceful and quiet retreat, available year round!

Our Cape Cod escape

We had a wonderful Columbus Day escape in this charming, thoughtfully decorated, clean, comfortable house. Everything we needed – and more! An ease walk to the beach to watch sunset. We enjoyed the hiking trails, fall festivities , seafood (fresh!), fresh cranberries ! The owners have thought of everything we might need and provided detailed and helpful instructions. Wonderful!

Grace and Brian have created a wonderful space to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer. The house is immaculate and as presented in photos. Although it was just the two of us, the house comfortably sleeps seven. There is a sitting and dining area outside, but this was something we did not use because of the time of year. The house is close to a recreational area and a walking/bike path. It is also within a short driving distance to restaurants and beautiful beaches. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, full size washer and dryer, good light for reading, a bathroom vanity that stored all cosmetics in the drawers, and new appliances. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to others.

Why they chose this property

Viking shores is a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to all of what Cape Cod has to offer. Johnny Kelly Rec Park is located at the end of the street: Pickle ball, Tennis courts, Baseball field, children’s park and walking trails. Kelly’s bay at the other end of the street, a great place to drop your kayaks in to explore Bass River! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is one mile from the cottage as well and the much loved Red Cottage Restaurant is just down the street! Lastly, Mayflower Beach, a Cape Cod favorite, is only about 4 miles from the cottage.

What makes this property unique

The entire cottage is renovated/ inside and out. Everything is new and thoughtfully designed to create an open, bright and modern feel. It also has a large outdoor living area to relax, eat or sit by the fire in our new custom built fire pit area.
