If you’re looking for a charming private Tahoe setting which is also close to restaurants, grocery store and conveniences this 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a hot tub is for you! The property is .3 of mile from the Sunnyside Resort located on a private cul-de-sac with vacant lots on either side (Tahoe Conservancy Lots) which afford privacy and magnificent lake views from almost every room in the house. As you drive up the driveway from the street you will arrive at a large parking pad in front of the house that provides off street parking for 4-5 cars and a level entrance into the main floor of the cabin.
JUNE-SEPTEMBER- Sit on the large wraparound deck or in the hot tub and enjoy privacy and sunshine all day. Walk 1/3 mile to the private Tahoe Park Homeowners Beach and the famous Sunnyside Resort. The Tahoe Park beach provides a half mile of lake front with two piers , a buoy field, swim area, lawns, BBQ's, picnic tables, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and kayak storage. Reserve a picnic table or buoy with the friendly staff. Convenient bike and hiking trails to nearby Paige Meadows from the property.
NOVEMBER-APRIL- Enjoy the lake views as you warm your feet in the cozy living room in front of the floor to ceiling fireplace. Sit in the deluxe hot tub after a day on the slopes. For ski enthusiasts the Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley ski resorts are less than 15 minutes away. Convenient garage access is available for storing ski equipment, wake boards, beach equipment, etc.
