Adorable lakefront cottage on all-sport Little Sand Lake. Swimming, water skiing, tubing and wakeboarding from your front door, with the public access boat launch five houses away. Enjoy the beautiful sunset views while relaxing on the oversized deck and grilling dinner.

This cottage was perfect for the 4 of us! We were comforable and the cottage had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this cottage! Id say i will be back but we try to go to a new place each summer otherwise id be back!!

Relaxing Family Weekend

This was our second time visiting Sand Lake and we are looking forward to it again next year. Our littles love going out on the dock and fishing, as well as playing in the water and on the private sandy beach. In a search of family friendly activities nearby, we found several options and are already planning our trip for next year! :)

We shared this house with another family (4 of us total) and it was perfect. We had a softball tourney in Muskegon. The distance wasn’t bad from the field and Swimming area was great for when the girls got back. Thanks for hosting us!
