Pool renovation will begin the week of October 1, 2023, weather permitting. It will take 4 to 6 weeks and during this time, the pool and pool deck will be unavailable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful
Sea Pines is my favorite place to stay when I come to HHI. This condo was a wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The outside patio has a beautiful view of the marsh and it was incredibly quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very clean place. Harbour Town is a ten-or-so-minute walk away. The shower faucets could probably use an update. But the manager was available and responsive and the view out the back was great.

Great location, definitely not as advertised and not worth the money. Photos very misleading. Dust all over lights, stains on carpet, wetness from AC unit on floor, severely broken/missing blinds, dirty/very uncomfortable furniture, shower curtain fell, shower heads incredibly old full of mineral deposits leading to terrible water spray-too hard or too little. Secondary bath unbelievably tight to even enter shower, countertop’s uncomfortably low. Banister rung spacing dangerously wide for children. Dangerously close to swamp out back leading us to not be able to use back patio. Door code 9 digits long, I mean is that necessary? I could go on and on but will refrain, this place desperately needs tons of work.
