Recently renovated and newly decorated, this ideally situated Ditch Plains bungalow offers everything guests crave about Montauk. The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor shower to sleep 4-6 adults and 4-6 kids. Maximum guests 10 (8 adults).
Amenities include a fully appointed kitchen with all-new appliances, spacious dining and living areas and newly furnished outdoor dining area with seating for 8 and additional lounge area with seating for 4. Central AC, heat and an emergency generator ensure year-round comfort, while new deer fencing, driveway gate and mature landscaping ensure the utmost privacy.
Master bedroom features a king bed with full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Second guest room has queen bed and walk-in closet. Third guest room is a bunk room with new full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunks plus a twin trundle. The second full bathroom has shower only. The outdoor shower includes a changing area.
Smart TVs are situated in the living room, master bedroom and second/guest bedroom. Bunk room has a smart TV with HDMI ports for your gaming systems (not included).
House has fully stocked kitchen while the outdoor deck houses a Weber grill.
For infants: 1 pack and play, 1 child booster seat for dining table.
Our guests will have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and 2 beach cruisers (with locks).
The home is a 10 min walk or 4 minute bike ride to the world famous Ditch Plains Beach, 2 miles to town, 3 miles to Montauk Harbor and 2 miles to Montauk Downs Golf Course.
Minimum 1 week stay required during peak season. Exit cleaning fee of $350 required.
There are Google doorbell cameras located at both entrances of the house to ensure the safety of our guests. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
