4-min. Walk to the Beach! Jacana Cabana is a family and pet friendly beach house at Oceanside Village, SC. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. No Pet Fee. Golf cart included. Free parking. Room for 5 guests (plus infant/toddler). Linens provided. Baby items included. Each (queen) bedroom has a full bathroom. Full-size sofa bed. 3 Roku TVs in living room and bedrooms. Covered patio, stand-up washer & dryer and parking for 2 cars. Amenities: outdoor pools (indoor heated), hot tub, playground, gym and more! 5 Golf Cart Rules:
1. Minimum age requirement: 21
2. Riding boundaries: East side of US17 Business South. Riding outside of these boundaries is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. To ensure user safety, golf cart is monitored by tracking device.
3. Risk and liability: by reserving Jacana Cabana, guests take full responsibility for any damage or injury to property, self and others.
4. Damage: guests agree to pay a $500 fee for damages or injuries incurred.
5. Lost keys: guests agree will pay $50 for lost or stolen golf cart key.

Good Location

Trouble checking in. Home in good proximity to beach. Maybe add a few more cooking tools such as additional pots and pans maybe a measuring cup. Other than that , we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

Great stay for a quick beach getaway

Hosts were extremely prompt with their replies and always communicated kindly and efficiently. Check in process was easy. Most everything we needed was at the house- sheets, bath towels, cookware, etc. so we definitely appreciated the convenience. The home itself was clean and well-kept, just a little dated. The drain stopper in the bathroom of the smaller bedroom was broken but we were able to temporarily fix it. The master bedroom’s bathroom sink was slow to drain but it wasn’t the end of the world. The light above the dining room table flickered continuously so we just left it off. Otherwise it was a nice place- it was clean, had working AC, comfy beds, and a roof over our heads. It was super convenient being able to walk to the beach as well!

Cute little home

Everything was fine until the last day when my foot went through the bedroom floor and I received a notice from the owner requesting to pay for the damage. I am not responsible for damage to a floor if I fall through when walking on it.

Love the beach

The property was as pictured. My only complaints would be no outside water to rinse beach items off. Extra bedroom has no good place to put your clothing. The dresser drawers would not open. One was stuck half open and would not move. Closet could use a luggage rack for the suit case. But all and all it was nice.

Beautiful clean house

The house was clean, neighbors were very nice. One little issue with a security guard; we were in the pouring rain on our motorcycles when we can to the gate and the security guard was locking it. Very rudely told us to go to the front gate. He had no empathy that we were in the rain on motorcycles, is very dangerous. Also the gates probably shouldn't be locked before the bars close. Common sense! But overall wonderful place!!
