I almost don't want to mention how ideal this property is if you're visiting your student at UCSC, but it really is. The hosts are amazing, the property gives all kinds of space and comfort, and you're literally right in the middle of it all in Capitola without it being obnoxious. 10/10, I will be staying here again! (No, literally, I'll be here in a month, lol)

Great location, nicely furnished, kitchen was very well appointed with very large frig and great stove. However, there were no instructions on how to use the heating system. There were thermostats on the wall in both bedrooms and living room as well as 3 hand wands. I asked the host how things worked and they asked me to send photos of the thermostat and wand which I did but never received a reply. I did finally figure it out and all was great. One thing that should be noted on the web site are the stairs, narrow treads and a little steep for a handicapped person. In spite of the comments above we had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

Was a beautiful place and loved staying here! We were bummed the parking permit was missing when we arrived but other than that lovely! We will stay again! Amazing location!

The condo is amazing. It's on the main street of Capitola, yet quiet and serene. It's huge, tastefully, beautifully appointed. My wife, my niece, and I could stop marveling at how big and gorgeous it was. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the walk-in showers perfect. Could not possibly be better, or a better value.

Really lovely apartment felt like home for the couple days we stayed in it. Furnishings were very nice and the house is fully stocked with all the things you need. The location was great and we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Great apartment in lively village

Lovely comfortable apartment right in the middle of the main street. Nice restaurants and cute shops, and 5 min walk from the beach. Great stay!

This was a sisters get away, and the location was perfect. Clean and newly decorated place with plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the Capitola Village.

The unit is lovely. Every room immaculate and well appointed. We only stayed two nights and had planned to cook but ended up staying longer at the beach instead! The location was perfect for visiting the beach and wandering through the town. Lots of shops to browse and plenty of options for food/drinks. The hosts recommendations were appreciated.

Great apartment, me and my Bestie both wanted to stay forever!There were a couple of things missing from the cabinets that were pictured. It’s no big deal and didn’t affect our stay. There are a couple of random red spots on the TV in the living room. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen during any of my stays. I felt right at home.It was a great stay!

Lovely, modern apartment. The spacious rooms and kitchen make it easy to relax. We were happy to have a washer/dryer to do laundry! We come to Capitola frequently, staying in the Village is awesome!! This apartment is clean, updated and great for a small family or group!

Great time from start to finish. Excellent location, walked everywhere, found parking nearby as well. Even though the apt is just above the street, we didn’t find it overly noisy. Thank you for taking great care of this place! We hope to be back.
