Siamo in posizione centrale nel Capitola Village con 2 posti auto coperti, una scoperta rara e conveniente in questa posizione!

Siamo a due isolati a piedi dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi dalla nostra porta di fronte a ristoranti, negozi, wine bar, caffè e intrattenimento! Se devi raggiungere un negozio di alimentari o una farmacia, sono solo pochi minuti in auto.

Il nostro condominio è molto spazioso a 1250 metri quadrati condominio e può ospitare comodamente 7. La nostra casa è stata recentemente aggiornata con tutti i nuovi mobili, vernici, pavimenti, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Al piano inferiore ci sono 2 camere da letto, una master suite con un letto matrimoniale e camera per gli ospiti con un letto a castello (pieno sul fondo e due in alto). C'è un bagno di 4 pezzi e una vanità separata per la camera da letto principale. Ampio spazio di archiviazione è disponibile in entrambe le camere. Nell'armadio della hall al piano di sotto troverete tutte le vostre forniture da spiaggia tra cui sedie, giocattoli, tavole da boogie, materassini, asciugamani e crema solare.

Al piano superiore è il soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, 1/2 bagno, lavanderia e 2 patii. Il divano letto nel soggiorno si trasforma in un letto full size per ospitare 2 ospiti supplementari. La cucina di dimensioni considerevoli vanta ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata per preparare un pasto gourmet, margaritas o semplicemente riscaldare gli avanzi. Abbiamo 2 TV a schermo piatto, un 42 "nel soggiorno e uno più piccolo nella camera da letto principale con internet WiFi e via cavo. Goditi le decine di giochi da tavolo e carte nel soggiorno per tutta la famiglia. Dai il via alle tue infradito e rilassati sul balcone anteriore, godendoti l'aria fresca, un bicchiere di vino o qualunque cosa il tuo cuore desideri. Speriamo sinceramente che la posizione, la pulizia e l'arredamento a tema sulla spiaggia rendono questa la vostra vacanza da sogno!

Ideal Location

This condo was very clean and had plenty of space for the four of us, was ideally located, and had a comfortable balcony with some nice views of the area. There was some noise from neighboring units and people throwing away trash behind the complex, but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. Parking was super convenient.

Such a gem in the heart of Capitola!

We had the best time staying at this property. The hosts were accommodating and communicative across the whole process. The place was clean and quaint! Being SO close to the Capitola village is so ideal. Couldn’t have had a better time!

Fantastic Location

This condo is awesome. It's located right in the heart of Capitola and is walking distance to the beach and shops. It comes with parking which is great for the area. It comfortably slept my family with space for the teenagers to spread out.

Santa Cruz visit

This was a small, but cozy and welcoming property. The owners were good to communicate with. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, etc. Location was great! short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach as well as a short drive to Santa Cruz and other destinations.

Comfortable stay in perfect location!

The location is amazing! Steps away from all Capitola Village has to offer. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room sitting area. Nice large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect place in Capitola Village

This property was wonderful for several reasons. To begin, having 2 designated parking spaces in the village is worth more than gold. The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to the beach and all restaurants and shops but also far enough from the busy beach front. We absolutely loved our stay.

Perfect family beach stay

This is our second stay at this Capitola beach condo and my family is already making plans for next years’ stay. The condo is in a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The little patio is a perfect place for dinner on warm evenings. The closet of beach gear is always appreciated. Our little family loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Picked this spot mainly due to parking garage and two spots, it was car show week in Monterey and had a last minute change of plans. Communication was awesome great location and easy processes. Will likely be back with family!

Awesome rental

Perfect location within Capitola. 5 minute flat walk to beach, passing all the stores and food. Rental comes with beach chairs for at least 4, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels. All you need is a wagon to lug it all to the beach and you are set for the day. Nice Italian restaurant next door. Kitchen is stocked with all you need including coffee, thank you. Convenience store 1 minute walk. Covered parking for 2 cars included. Capitola shot off some fireworks and tons of people filled downtown. However, we were able to view the fireworks from the deck! Thank you for the excellent stay.

Capitola by the Sea

This unit is in a great location and has two parking spaces which is a major plus! The queen bed in the main bedroom was super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. The unit has nice beach supplies available (umbrella, chairs and toys if you have littles) My only complaint is the WiFi was not working a few evenings even after restarting the router but did work each morning and during the day. This did not interrupt TV functionality. I would definitely stay here again

Convenient location

No surprises with this property, its description is accurate. Spent 4 nights here during a rainy spell, which was actually quite nice. The lower level beds were quite comfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was adequate and pretty much as-expected for a sofa bed. Did not watch much television, but it seemed to be fine. Wifi worked without issue. Despite being in Capitola Village, noise was not extreme. All in all, a fine stay, and a place I would consider again in the future.

Location, convenience, and fun

This place is great! One - two blocks from Capitola village with two parking places cannot be beat. The place is comfortable with a nice, fully equipped, kitchen. We stayed with another family and a bunch of kids and it was great!. We put kids on the bunk beds (they loved it) and the grownups drew straws for the spacious master bedroom with the other couple using the sleeper sectional. We would walk to the beach in the morning. Walk home for lunch and head back to the beach for the afternoon and evening. This location is GREAT!. If you forgot something at the grocery store you have two parking spaces that are yours so you can drive the few blocks to KnobHill and pickup what ever you need. With the washer and dryer in the unit we came home from a fantastic beach trip and didn't need to do laundry. Also, the owners were very responsive and friendly to interact with. This place is a fantastic value!

Lovely little town on the beach

We have lived in the Bay Area our entire life. Our entire family enjoys going to the beach on a regular basis. We love the Capitola Village so much that we would regularly rent out a condo and stay many weekends a year here. When the opportunity came up to own a condo, we jumped on it. Now we can enjoy everything the local community has to offer and we can give many others the same opportunity to come out and enjoy the local area too.

You are in the heart of the Capitola Village! With the beach less the 2 blocks away, the wonderful restaurants and shopping all around you, how could you go wrong. We have made our home feel comfortable and relaxing. You can enjoy the full amenities of the kitchen. Our home is perfect for that romantic weekend get-away or that week long family vacation. Do not forget about the many events and special attractions throughout the year too. Where else are you going to have 2 personal covered parking spaces to enjoy while staying here.
