- To ensure that you make the most out of your vacation home, we would like to inform you that you have access to the entire house, except the cleaning, owners closet and garage.

All other areas, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor patio/backyard are all available for your use and enjoyment. Additionally, you can use any amenities provided at our home, such as the game room or swimming pool. You are welcome to park on the driveway or the street. Please make sure that you are not blocking the side walk. Roadside parking is free and allowed.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-4106.

Moreover, we would like to let you know that if you need a larger vehicle, we have a 7-seater GMC SUV available for rent to our guests. This would be a perfect option if you need to get around with a group of family and friends or if you need a larger vehicle to carry your luggage or equipment.

We kindly ask that you and your guests take good care of the property. Explaining the refund opportunity for leaving the house tidy and undamaged can be helpful. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our home is situated in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, and conveniently, we are in a community without an HOA. This means you generally won't need to worry about neighbor complaints, as long as you adhere to the city's noise ordinance and refrain from any illegal activities. Pool Heater: Enjoy free solar pool heating year-round! Our efficient solar heater maximizes the long summer days for a comfortably warm pool. While solar heating is complimentary all year, please note that heating times may vary during colder winter months due to weather dependence.

For faster heating in November through April, we offer an optional propane pool heater for $79 per day. If you choose this option, we will send an Airbnb request for the total heating cost, calculated for your entire reservation (e.g., a 2-day booking is $158).
