About this property

Ocean Views in this Charming 2 bedroom Cottage

Charming two bedroom cottage. The property has a wonderful open kitchen and dining room that gives way to an ocean facing patio. Great views from this Back Beach Cottage. Two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds. Yard, fire pit and off street parking. Directly across the street from the Back Beach, 5 minute walk to downtown Rockport, and the Shalin Liu performing arts center, galleries and coffee shops.

Every Sunday in the summer the town band gives a concert at the bandstand in front of the house in the evening. You can hear the music and see the performance from the house and yard and makes for a wonderful evening. This takes place 1-2 nights a week in June, July and Aug.

Loved this property so much. It was a 5-minute walk from town and we had a beautiful view of the water. Megan went over the top to make sure you had everything you needed there, even a lobster pot if you wanted to be that adventurous. We also enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the water. Rockport is the perfect girls trip destination and this little cottage was perfect for us.

Great place!

Such a wonderful home! I highly recommend people to stay here if you have little ones! I have a busy 2yr old and this house had everything for him. They had a ton of books for him, toys, pack n play, outdoor toys, wagons to take the beach, beach toys etc. We loved staying here and plan on coming back again.

I simply cannot say enough things about this GREAT property. From the moment you walk in, the home screams seaside comfort. We felt the stress fall away as we walked in. This is a very homey place where you can curl up on the sofa with a view of fhe gazebo and water. Eventually, you can drag yourself up and take a half mile stroll into the town for excellent chowder and seafood (and hamburgers). Only ine rarher easy upcand down, rest is flat. Besides, you WILL need to walk off the food.
