Positives: Very responsive owner eager to make rental experience a positive one. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and non stick pans, spices etc. ready for a large group.

Consideration: Personally, I wouldn't have more than 4 adults in the unit, BUT, if you are all really close and don't mind lack of privacy, then go for it. Also I should have thought to bring a light along, as with many properties we have rented, could have used more light near the beds for reading.

We had a nice stay. Location was great! Here are my pros and cons

Pros:

Managers were very attentive

Well stocked kitchen

Price per night was competitive

Clean

Loved that body wash and shampoo was left in the showers

Cons:

We stayed in the summer and there is no air conditioning or circulation. It was very hot and only one window to open

The loft area is not fit for children ( we had two 8 year olds) or adults. It was dusty and had lots of cobwebs and it was easy to bump you head on the ceiling. Stairs going up were very steep.

In order to get to jacuzzi and pool, you had to climb 30+ steep stairs. Strange set up

Overall we had a nice time. Place is definitely worth staying if the Cons don't bother you.

Quiet and relaxing!

This condo offers all of the amenities you would need for a couple of small families. It's located in a quiet area and is close to a trolley pick up spot. The owners are nice people who response quickly if ever needed.

We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. The kitchen was excellent and made me feel at home. The showers were great too, nice tile and doors! Proximity to canyon was super as we could ride our bike to the village then, shuttle to main and at the end of the bike day, ride all the from main to the condo, pull up to the garage and park our bikes safely and conveniently. Would be happy to stay here again, if possible, please consider adding a pair of large box fans, one for the balcony door and one for the loft window to help clear the warm air up there.
