This centrally located, corner lot home sits in the heart of one of South Lake Tahoe's most desirable neighborhoods (Bijou). Just a stone's throw from the beach, library, and ice skating rink, this home has been lovingly cared for and offers enough space for everyone! Three bedrooms and three full baths, plus a bonus room currently used as a game room or ski gear storage area. Large corner lot with fenced hot tub for privacy. The lake is 3 minutes away and the slopes are 5 minutes away. Walk to Safeway and local bars and restaurants. Finally the area is very quiet, mostly locals living there, walking dogs and waving hi, and no drive through traffic. So very good for families or couples looking for more privacy and a local vibe from an established neighborhood. New carpet, flooring, interior paint throughout, and brand new LG washer and dryer. Snow removal included for winter season. Tesla charger on site and usage included with your stay. One dog welcome.

Bijou vacation cabin!

Great location. Host responded almost immediately if we had any questions or concerns! Highly recommend if looking for the Tahoe cabin experience. Three bathrooms and new washer and dryer a plus. Kitchen counter space limited, but workable. Hot tub was a nice extra. Highly recommend, we plan on returning in the future!

A pleasant family vacation

We rented this property for a two-month family ski vacation. This 3b3b property was a perfect match for my family, including my parents, my wife, my son and myself. Every member got enough private space while enjoyed gathering in living room, play room and dining room. Getting in the outdoor hot tub was really relaxing after skiing all day long. The property was in a very new condition. It located very closed to grocery stores and Heavenly. Really convenient for us. Chris is very a kind and responsible host. Only a few days before check-in, We requested to change check-in date due to winter storm. Chris responded immediately and made change for us. There was a blackout in the entire South Lake Tahoe area during the stay. Chris kept us posted on power recovery status and gave me several phone calls to advise how to stay warm in a blackout. He responded to repair request promptly. It was a pleasant stay for us. I would highly recommend this place.
