We had to suffer without heat

The property was very spacious,the property owner replied very quickly and everything downtown was a couple minutes from the property , but our heat in the unit did not work and we had to wait on the maintenance man to come he said the whole motor was blown in the unit! The neighbors were very loud during sleeping hours and the outside area could have been cleaner the owner offered a new unit but our elderly parents didn’t want to move after being settled in
