Perfect for family vacations. Two bedrooms on each level. Plenty of parking for cars/boats. Charcoal BBQ, strong WiFi for remote work, close proximity to wineries, restaurants, 5 min From Safeway and downtown amenities. New Mini-split A/C and heather. Super host with 200+ reviews. Accepting pet but YOU MUST the owner about breed and number of Pet. There is a pet policy and we have pet fees of minimum 35$a day.

The purpose for the stay in Clearlake was primarily the convenience of a nice place to stay while my brothers and I golfed at Hidden Valley Lake and Cache Creek. It proved to be the perfect location (with the exception of the rain that tried to spoil the experience). This property checked all the boxes being clean, very comfortable and quite. The added plus was a beautiful view of the lake. Next visit we will bring the boat!

Perfect getaway

Great house in a great location. Everything my family needed for memorable trip was provided and then some. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the water for swimming, paddle boarding, and boating. We will definitely look into booking this again in the future.

The property was beautifully decorated and prime location. 5 minutes from everything. Great parking and privately owned. The owner was kind and accommodating. Answers the phone everytime. The only downside is the property is not fenced in--- so you cannot leave dogs outside off leash. Otherwise I give the property 5 stars.

Amazing spring fishing spot

This is my 3rd year staying at another of Martine’s places. Another great property. Super quick at responding. House is always clean and has what you need. This location was nearby a shopping center which was really nice. Bass Fishing was great during the spring time at this property.

Anything replace needs is better sitting at the kitchen table and a better couches and sitting when everybody gets together upstairs, there’s not enough seating for eight people to watch TV otherwise very nice place

Martine notified us before arrival that the WiFI was out but he offered us another place (which was unacceptable). He was able to get the WiFi fixed before we arrived. Two of our family members took the kayaks out on the lake and found there was a hole in one of them. We notified Martine and he said he would take care of it immediately. Martine was easy to contact and any issues were addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, especially the large porch overlooking the lake where we gathered to enjoy conversation, family time and sunsets.

WiFi was a problem by the street … a crew had to come with big truck to reach the line. It wasn’t our fault and everything was repaired before arrival. Few days before. Regarding kayaks, they are complementary and a lot of people unfortunately dragged them on the concrete and they got damaged. It’s unfortunate that a lot of people are not careful. We ask our guest to check the condition of the kayaks before going on the water. They got repaired again. If they get dragged…the wear under.

Great stay

The house was great for our group of 4. We fished, bbq’d and enjoyed the great view. Smart TVs were easy to use. Kitchen utensils were well stocked. Air conditioning worked really well. Host was easy to communicate with through text. Very comfortable place to stay.

Nice water front property

The lake is right in front of the house, so its easy to do speed boat or kayak and just step back to house. One thing to note is upstairs and down are not connected from inside, you need to come out and take the stairs from outside to go to bedrooms down stairs

Great house!

Stayed here with my family of four and my in-laws for a summer fishing/water play trip. Probably my fault for not reading carefully, but I didn’t realize the upstairs and downstairs units were not connected on the interior, though it was fine for us. Beds and linens were nice and everything was clean (and I’m a clean freak so I have high standards). We loved having the convenience of the boat dock too. Thanks for hosting us!

Very clean place looks exactly as pictured.

We enjoyed our stay despite the rain. The place was very new and clean. It was very convenient to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Having Safeway only 5 minutes away was really handy for food needs. The views of the lake were outstanding from either upstairs or down. Just a side note: The upstairs was not connected to the downstairs living quarters through the inside, but easily accessible from the outside. The Kitchenette was really cute in the downstairs unit. thank you Martine!
