Quiet lakefront home located at the end of a court with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On upper level there is a large entry way, large great room (with kitchen, wet bar, dining, and living room), master bedroom(with private bathroom), another large bedroom, and another bathroom. On the lower level is a large recreation room, three bedrooms,one bathroom, laundry room, and an office. Recreation room contains a foosball table, multi game arcade machine and toys for smaller kids. Large deck upstairs with plenty of seating and a great view of the lake. Private gated courtyard upstairs at the entryway with small lawn, oak trees and BBQ area. Private patio with lawn downstairs with access to personal pier. 2 boat hookups on private pier. Hot tub for 8 and large deck too! It's a great escape!

The house was very clean and large. The views are spectacular. Sunrises were gorgeous! My family really enjoyed the hot tub. It is a great house for a family get-away. We enjoyed several wineries and brewpubs, too.

This house is set up for a great vacation. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. An arcade for the kids to play. A great boat dock. Its where I will rent when I stay at clearlake.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

Beautiful home with an amazing view! The birds were spectacular!! The home was very very comfortable, clean, and roomy for my family of seven adults and two pups. Very easy to check in and out. Didn't get to use the lake, but there is a beautiful pier and dock. Fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, kitchen aid, and great gas stove. You will love this stay!

RELAX!

Great house- plenty of room for everyone-fenced yard for the pups- caught bass, bluegill all released. The lake was starting to turn, so no swimming. Only nit-pick-cooking pans kind of groty. Loved the stove!

Everything was good except for not having the ESPN sports package and way too many mosquitoes! Made it hard to get the full experience of being in such a great water front property.

The house was presented well in the ad and worked great for our needs. The 5 beds and 3 baths were perfect for splitting families into their own space. There was a dock to tie to that suited our needs but the boat lift was not available.

Peaceful View

Everyone in our party were delighted with the house. We really enjoyed being able to use the private dock to access our boats and kayaks. As three adult couples it was very nice each having our own bathroom. Kitchen stalked nicely with everything you need to cook. The patio was beautiful with a fantastic view! Great multi-generational memories at Medicine For the Soul

Laura and Stephen have been excellent hosts for many years. The property is constantly improving: carpets, outdoor tables, and furniture have been updated. This large house comfortably fits two multi-generational families. The old folks enjoy the deck and kayaking while the kids go waterskiing and wakeboarding from the dock.

Living the lake life

My family and I wanted to find a perfect house for our get together and found this place. This isn't just a house it's a home and we loved everything about it. Very roomy and fit all of us nicely. The beds were very comfortable and bigger than they look in the pictures. We caught many fish off of the private pier and the row boat was fun to use. We're already wanting to book another trip to come back, we loved it that much! Thank you again Laura!

Even better than we'd hope for

This was the perfect vacation home for us. Tons of space. We had lots of friends and family that came to spend a few days at a time during our 10 day stay. It's even better than the pictures show. Was super clean. It was stocked with enough essentials for our entire trup . We had a blast fishing off the dock. Caught and released so many fish. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Why they chose this property

We love this area. I came here as a kid and lived in the lake swimming and fishing. We also enjoy the court we live in which allows for quiet and privacy. We sit out on the deck and pier and enjoy the lakefront.

What makes this property unique

The things that sold us on this particular place is the location at the end of the court as well as the open floor plan. Last but not least the lakefront and private pier!
