Immerse yourself in this mountain cabin just minutes from skiing, the town, hiking, biking, and more! This renovated, open-timber floorplan has modern amenities and stainless steel appliances to accommodate your crew. Providing three decks of views, seating is provided everywhere to enjoy the scenery and listen to the creek.
Enjoy the open main floor layout! Stairs to the upper and lower floors are narrow for anyone hard of walking. We would recommend the outside stairs to go downstairs and use the side door. You have access to the entire house.
We are dog-friendly! We will ask questions and have expectations for your furry ones and please note the extra charges. The first $100 pet fee is for one dog per stay and $75 each billed separately after that, max 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats.

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed and was super close to everything in town. Bryan was super helpful and easy to communicate throughout the stay.
A nice hybrid of modern amenities while still feeling the rustic ambience of a mountain retreat cabin!

The house felt like it was built by elves. The stairs were more like a ladder and the spiral stairs to the basement did not accommodate anyone over 180 pounds the air movement in the house is poor. There are many random steps outside and inside to maneuver suitcases this would be a desk, death trap for young children or older adults or people with low mobility. The ceiling is so low in the top bedroom that you could give yourself a concussion on the beams, trying to get into bed.

We're disappointed to get a 3 star review over our accomodations that we clearly explain in all of our pictures regarding egress around the house. We expressly state this as a mountain cabin and that the narrow spiral stairs and the steeper loft access are fully disclosed. Please see our many other 5 star reviews that thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and we look forward to hosting yours.
The home was very clean! Kitchen well stocked! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Beautiful views! Lots of deer, my daughter and I watched them quite a bit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!
Description is very accurate. Sometimes at places we have stayed (especially in the mountains), cleanliness has been an issue, but not here. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed all around. As per the description, both sets of stairs are steep, and we have small kids. We were able to talk to them before hand about being careful and we never felt unsafe with them. We would definitely stay here again.
Thank you so much for letting us rent your cabin. It has all the necessities needed. It also had plenty of room for us. We would rent again if we’re in the area again.
The downstairs shower handle was broken, so we had to use the smaller shower upstairs. Also, there were still dog hairs on the bedsheet in the downstairs bedroom.
Good choice for people who want to be up on the mountain, but there is no place to walk to. The furnishings are tired, but the kitchen and table worked well.

Our property doesn't advertise as walkable to town, but is a mile or less to the ski mountain or back into Beech. Our funishings are the opinion of this guest, but all beds were new in the last few years and we'll let our accurate pictures describe our amenities for themselves. We look forward to hosting you.
We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. Close to Beech Mountain and Banner Elk. The stairs were a little tricky to navigate, but we had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We got snow while there which was fun for the kids!
This cabin is exactly as pictured. Well appointed with attention paid to decorative details. In a nice quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops.
Really nice place close to the slopes! Perfect for a short getaway to the mountains. Really enjoyed seeing the deer mill about. Owner was very communicative. I would recommend!
Met with family to ski for a short weekend. The cabin was perfect for us. The deer each morning were fun for the kids, and the book cover puzzle was a hit too! Thank you!
Property is exactly as described, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Deer were plentiful outside! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Booked this stay for me and my girlfriend to go skiing with my best friend and his wife and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It snowed like crazy but it is easily accessible from the roads that are cleared to the resort. Between the
