Chic Downtown Retreat

The house is located in the heart of Old Town, two blocks from State Street and an 9 minute walk to the beach and Stern's Wharf (I timed it!). With on-premise parking, You won't have to drive unless you have a specific destination farther away. Built in 1925, the house is very unique and I've designed the interiors to maximize the experience of a true "getaway from it all, relax and take in Santa Barbara" retreat. the vibe is beach, meets south of France, meets old world charm.

Loved this place!

What a great location to spend a month getting to know Santa Barbara! Perfectly situated to easily reach restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. The house is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Dawn was super responsive and helpful. I look forward to returning!

SB Fun

Location is perfect for all ages and activities in SB, The house is charming, comfortable and so so well located for Saturday Farmer’s Market, beach, museums, history, restaurants and nightlife. With outside space. You really can’t beat it.
