Hygge Supply Design - Birch Le Collaboration House

Birch Le Collaboration House was designed as the ultimate Hygge Supply Home. Established to showcase our sustainable partners and modern design, the home offers a unique experience integrating architecture and nature. Centrally located near quaint towns, beaches, wineries and hiking, the home is a great gathering spot in any season to entertain family and friends.

This home was designed with sustainability in mind, integrating those principles of design and development which incorporate environmentally viable methods and materials. With the use of radiant floor heat, structural insulated panels, and Marvin Integrity windows, the house is exceptionally efficient and comfortable. The materials that make up the interior space are responsibly sourced, using Durat recycled solid surface countertops from CaraGreen, heat treated wood flooring from Thermory, and no VOC powder coating on all cabinets and vanities. The exterior cladding and decking also comes from Thermory, which sources its wood from sustainable partners.
We use hypoallergenic soaps and cleaners, safe for your skin and lungs and easy on the environment.

Birch Le offers a unique stay experience with smart home technology. Brilliant Lights, J Geiger window shades and even safety systems can be controlled within house panels.

A fully equipped kitchen includes Fisher Paykel appliances
including convection oven, gas cooktop with downdraft, refrigerator/freezer, and dish-drawer. Central island includes chefs sink with plenty of entertaining and prep space.

The main living space surrounding the kitchen includes dining for up to 12, fireplace and cozy living room with views of the woods, the lake, and sunsets.

The home offers two bedroom suites, each with attached full bath, equipped with spa towels and hypoallergenic Aesop toiletries. Both the master and guest suites features Certified Organic Queen beds. The master bath features a glass wall wet room complete with soaking tub and rain shower area, all overlooking the woods. Guest bath includes large rain shower and views of the entry landscaping.

The bunk sleeping area is located in the middle of the house, with a double bed and a single bunk, this sleeping space is great for extra guests or kids. Powder room provides a bathroom for guests and bunk area.

An extra large covered porch area with fireplace offers an outdoor living space, including dining for 12 and a grill area.

Well behaved pets are always welcome at Hygge Stay properties including Birch Le.

Local attractions include beaches with incredibly clear water and three marinas with 5 miles. The foodie scene in Leelanau won't disappoint with wonderful restaurants in Lake Leelanau, Suttons Bay, Northport and Leland. Enjoy days at local wineries, award winning cheese makers, farm markets, beaches, boating, fishing, and much more. There is lake access within walking distance with a boat dock for meeting boating friends.

Lake Leelanau, Leland, Suttons Bay and Northport are all a quick drive from the house. Many beaches, wineries and shopping within a few miles.
