It was transformed by the renowned and local architect Paul Smith who sprinkled a bit of Big Sur influence into this home and features many of his original design concepts with an updated twist. Light and bright with all the amenities. Large windows and skylights that brighten the space throughout. The home is open to the loft upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked and is open to a cozy dining area. The home is complete comfortable furnishings and quality linens. The quality of craftmanship and attention to every detail throughout is what really sets this property apart from any other. The location is on one of the best blocks in the heart of downtown between Buchon & Pismo St. & only 2.5 blocks to exceptional restaurants, shopping, farmers market, music and all that SLO has to offer. Downtown SLO Temp Housing
I stayed here for about 2 months for temporary housing after accepting a job in the area and it was amazing! The location is ideal, you can walk anywhere downtown or to the park around the corner. The place was beautiful and had all the appliances you need for a temporary move. I highly recommend!

Amazing spacious studio, within blocks of Downtown SLO and easy access to venture in either direction to Hearst Castle or Santa Barbara. The Beaches are only 10 to 15 minutes away. Wineries are just as easy to get to, Paso Robles or Edna Valley.
We only rent 30 day minimum. The studio is attached to the main house, that is just as amazing. The home is designed so well the outdoor space and unit is all very private.
