Located on a private, sun-drenched 1.3-acre lot surrounded by majestic redwoods, this 1,400 sq ft home provides amazing views from every room, beautiful vaulted wood ceilings, and high-end finishes. Enjoy the wonderful outdoor living spaces with hot tub, wrap around deck, lounge areas, BBQ, and large covered outdoor dining area. Located in the heart of Russian River Valley wine country, the home is a short drive to many renowned wineries, and the Russian River.

Step inside to find cherry hardwood floors, arched doorways, cathedral ceiling fans, an inviting stone fireplace with wood stove and a sitting hearth. The spacious primary bedroom with king bed leads directly to the outside deck for easy spa access. The luxurious bathroom has marble tile and on-demand hot water. The home also features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy bar area with a bistro table.

Loved this getaway for a peaceful escape. House offers stunning views and was very quiet. Driveway is a bit steep but doable. The house is close to a lot of places on the Russian River and is only 40 mins to the coast!

Wonderful stay!

Given the fact that we arrived after dark and in pouring down rain, we were able to navigate to the property ( thank you for the printed directions)! What a lovely location, the property itself was clean and just as pictured/described, check-in was non-eventful (just wet)! We thoroughly enjoyed this rental and will definitely return! Only wish we could have had more time at the property!

Peaceful and lovely stay!

Great stay. Really enjoyed the peaceful place. Clean. Amenities thoughtful. Loved coffee on the outdoor couch in the mornings. Hot tub clean and wonderful to use. Thank you! I look forward to bringing my family back!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet, peaceful setting. We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is very clean and comfortable, and contained all the amenities needed. The patio and deck area (with hot tub) is fantastic! The gardens and forest on the property are also wonderful. Communication with the property managers was excellent. Just be careful on the access road up to the house, it is quite steep, windy and narrow!

Nice property. The driveway was pretty scary going down to the house😬. Had a great time. First time in the mountains!!! Sorry to have to leave a day early, but the weather report was looking bad for Sunday travel. Suggestion: Be prepared for the weather since I’m sure the electricity will go out again! Thanks for the stay!

Fabulous property !! Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had a romantic vacation in this beautiful home nestled in the redwoods. Wow! The views were breathtaking! We loved all the outdoor sitting areas and the spa. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had a very comfortable king sized bed with soft linens. We enjoyed drinking wine while sitting in front of the cozy living room fireplace. We appreciated the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and it was fun to pick fresh herbs from the garden to add to our cooking. We ate many meals in the outdoor dining area with its own fireplace! We liked that the home felt very private and yet was still close to wine tasting experiences and the Russian River. The Standout Stays host made us feel welcomed. It is a very special place and we will definitely be back!

Great house in the woods

We had a great time at this house in the woods near the Russian River. The property was in a great location, quiet, and private. The house was nicely furnished with amenities, clean, and well-maintained. It was much better than the typical cabin in the woods. This house does not have A/C, which is typical for the area and known before we got there. This is probably not an issue most of the time for the usually mild weather; however, it was in the upper 90's when we were there, and didn't cool much during the night. Open windows and ceiling fans struggled to cool the house, and the primary bedroom was the hottest room in the house. Fortunately, the spare bedroom stayed fairly cool. A suggestion is to have box fans or a portable A/C unit for the primary bedroom during unseasonably hot days. Overall we had a fantastic vacation.
