About this property

House with central air on Chatham/Harwich line - great for large groups!

This spacious home is located right on the Chatham/ Harwich line allowing you to enjoy all that both towns have to offer! On the main floor you will find 2 large bedrooms with(2) Queen beds in each room. The second floor also includes(3) Full beds as well as(1) sleeper sofa. A short distance away from the main residence is a bunk house that sleeps 3 and includes a twin over full bed bunk bed (listed as bedroom #4). Please note - the bunk house is available for seasonal use only from May to September. House is equipped with central air (window unit in bunk house).This home is a Saturday-Saturday listing.

About the house:
The house is located just minutes to the closest beach, and downtown Chatham.

Fresh bedding included; we ask guests to bring your own towels for use during your stay.

A Weber gas grill has been provided for your use, as well as a well stocked kitchen including: Microwave, Gas Range, Fridge, Keurig, cookware and grilling tools.

Our large deck is a perfect space to escape the sun and cuddle up with a good book, or evening cocktail. A solo bonfire pit is provided for evening entertainment!

An outdoor shower is provided for use during your stay.

The main house is equipped with Central Air; and a window AC unit is provided to cool the bunk house space.

400 mbps internet included, as well as YouTube TV.

We are happy to accommodate longer term rentals (if interested) for extended vacations.

Great family vacation property

My cousins and I picked this property for our summer vacation with our families. It was very well stocked, clean, and had enough beds for everyone. The backyard was great for the kids to play and we really enjoyed the board games available. The house was close to several nice beaches. Our host was very communicative and responded to messages quickly. Totally recommend staying here!

Harwich Getaway with Amazing Host

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this home for our summer vacation. Our host, Katie, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the listing until the end of our stay, Katie was exceptionally attentive. She was not only friendly but highly communicative, responsive to our needs, and promptly answered questions. One of the standout qualities of Katie as a host was her responsiveness. No matter the time of day, she was always just a message or call away, ready to address any concerns or provide helpful recommendations about the area. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made us feel at home, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring we had a fantastic vacation experience. The vacation house itself was stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment we stepped inside, we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail in the design and furnishings.There was plenty of room especially with the bunk house and large outdoor deck for relaxation and spending quality time with family. As for the location of the vacation home, it couldn't have been more perfect. Situated close to a number of great beaches and close to shopping in Harwich Port and Chatham The convenience of having such easy access to all parts of the Cape made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Our vacation rental experience in Harwich was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Glorious week in Harwich

We stayed at this house with 6 grandchildren, ranging in age from 5 - 24 and everyone had a great time. The living room was particularly large enough for us all to sit and chat each day. We were fortunate to have great weather most of the week and went somewhere to dinner every night. The house had everything needed for supplies. The hostess was easy to reach when needed. I would recommend this house to other families.
