Large yard provides plenty of space for boat parking and vehicles. Perfect for a quiet get away with family or friends. Large 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd extra large bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Spacious living room with comfy couch. Walking distance to restaurants. Boat ramp is just a half mile away. Enjoy fishing, scalloping, diving, kayaking, shopping, dining and the springs. Near Homosassa State Park.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Remove all opened perishable items from the refrigerator/freezer. Anything left unopened will be left for the next guest, feel free.
- Empty the trash out into the outside bin.
- Wash and put away all used dishes.
- Strip linens from all used beds, along with all used towels place in front of TV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
