Quintessential GRB cottage with modern amenities. Close to The Tides and beach, short walk to the General Store and GRBA. Spacious kitchen and family room, relaxing screened porch, clean comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses and large spacious yard with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Renting for 4 night minimums through Jun 19th, 7 night minimum (Fri-Fri) June 19th - Sept 4th. [Note that linens are not included - can rent through Cottage Linens or bring your own.]

What a perfect house and location to walk to the beach at any time. Your house was pristine, beautifully and comfortably furnished and had more amenities than you could possibly need.! Your detailed handout was a great and accurate reference. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Loved The Maine House

We had a really fabulous time and enjoyed everything this wonderful house had to offer. It was well thought out and designed for family living and entertaining. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like wireless chargers, pretty serving platters and the screened in porch. The host was easily reachable, helpful, and patient. The Maine House is a real gem in one of the greatest places on earth. We’re very much hoping to return for longer next year.

Perfect house in Great location.

House is everything you want for a Maine beach vacation. Easy walk to beach. Large yard. House is very clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked with high quality dishes and cookware. Large table with lots of chairs was perfect for dinners and game nights. We had our adult children and friends stay at the house for a total of 8 adults. The house had everything we needed and never felt crowded. Goose Rocks Beach is family friendly soft sand beach in Maine.

Perfect GRB Vacation!

This house, the host, and the location were perfect! The home was beautifully updated, comfortable and well appointed with everything you need—especially the kitchen. It was so nice to not have to worry about bringing beach chairs in an already packed SUV. The home was situated a mere couple minute walk to the beach, which was perfect, especially with little ones. It's a stone's throw from Timber Island, which you can walk to at low tide. The owner/host was communicative and extremely helpful when we accidentally left our newborns clothes at the house. We had an amazing time at the beach riding the waves and shell hunting at low tide. Kennebunkport / Dock Square is nearby with great shopping and eating. I can't recommend GRB or this house enough.
