This 3bed, 3 bath sleeps 8. Stunning water views on protected canal. 174 ft of private dock space with private boat ramp. Fish cleaning station on the dock, large chest freezer for bait/catch. Dock has water & electric. Conveniently accessed to the Boot Key Marina, dockside fuel, bait store and restaurants. Ocean side, 3 minutes to Sombrero Beach. Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens.

All 3 rooms with en-suite baths. 2 Masters with king beds. Bunk room, Queen over Queen w/ full trundle.

This gorgeous three bed three bath home, located right on the canals, boasts stunning water views!



Located ocean side of marathon Key! Quick, direct access to Atlantic Ocean from Private boat dock (Plus Private boat ramp for easy placement of boat into the water).

Water, electric and hoses available on dock.

Fish cutting station and fish/bait freezer make this ideal for fishing and boating excursions.

Located 5 minutes from famous Sombrero Beach and play park.

Access to Dozens of activities nearby (diving, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing charters, turtle retreat and rehab center, FL keys Aquarium encounters, and more!)



1 min drive to Publix and Walgreens. Dozens of amazing restaurants within 5 minute drive.



This home features a bright, open concept living area and huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and extra wine fridge. Kitchen bar and high top seats 12.

This home has two master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The Bunk room features a Queen over queen bunk with full trundle to provide accommodation for 6 kids! (Bunk room also has en-suite bathroom).

Pull out sofa with high end memory foam mattress sleeps 2 additional kids/teens.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to grocery and liquor stores. Dock was huge and the idle distance was easy. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

Great house stay in for a large group. The location was perfect as it minimized traffic/noise but also close enough to walk to the store. We were fortunate enough to see Manatees and enjoy sunrise/sunsets on the balcony. Would definitely book again.

Lucked up and rented this place last minute for a family get away . Snorkeling, fishing , sunsets on the water , cooking to family dinners on patio was perfect! Only downside was the 20 minute idle to the ocean.

Great House

We stayed here for a short pre Thanksgiving break and had a great time. The location is a great midway point between mainland and key west and the house itself is close drive to grocery store, restaurants and beach. House has a nice floor plan, was clean and checkin/checkout was smooth and seamless. The corner location on the water was super as we didn’t feel right on top of other houses. Highly recommend, we would stay here again.

Was disappointed we couldn't use the ramp on site had to pay to put boat in and out of the water.rusty nails and screws were all over drive.couldnt turn on back tv in bedroom volume wouldn't come off of 100 percent

Boater’s Paradise

We had a wonderful time at the property and will most definitely return. We brought our boat down and were all over the islands fishing, snorkeling, sandbars, going to dinner, etc. We went down with our two teenage sons and three of their friends and the 3BR/3BA setup served us very well. The property is centrally located whether by boat or car. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. They even made recommendations on where to to launch our boat since the on-site ramp wouldn’t work well with a boat our size. Can’t wait to return!

Great Marathon location with plenty of space, boat dock, and convenience

Location, location, location! Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor shop and Sandals gift stores. This house sleeps a large family gathering, great kitchen layout, and balcony with constant ocean breeze. Great boat dock for boaters! The boat dock is spacious and conveniently located near marina for boat launching and the plenty of sea creatures that visit daily (including plenty of manatees). The balcony is spacious with large table seating to enjoy morning breakfast/coffee and evening meals. The host was timely, responsive & friendly. He provided easy instructions, checkin and checkout. I highly recommend this house!
