Your rental includes access for six people to two swimming pools - one just steps away, and another at the nearby Big Boulder Lake Club with its many recreational activities. This first-floor condo offers desirable, walkout convenience and a tranquil, family-friendly setting with views of the lake and mountains. The perfect home base for any season, this relaxing retreat is within easy reach of Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts, plus a bounty of scenic hiking, shopping, and dining opportunities. Bring your own kayak or paddleboard and after fun days on the water, take advantage of the rack space to store them, which is included for free during the 2025 season. Make the most of your unbeatable location with morning coffee, and fire up the gas grill for lake-side alfresco meals.

Furnished for comfort, the bright, single-level interior has been recently painted and comes complete with fresh flooring, new kitchen counters and new appliances. The full kitchen features everything you need for easy home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. A plush sectional, fireplace, and three smart TVs set the stage for comfortable home gatherings after the day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
Prepaid Boulder Lake Club passes for up to six renters are included with your stay. To make use of the passes, tell the front desk the location of this vacation rental. Doing so will give you access to the pool, beach, and lake. The Big Boulder Lake Club is a short walk or drive from the condo. Your rental includes six (6) pre-paid passes for the club.Additional Passes can be paid for at the lake club at a cost of $25.00 per person per day.
-The Big Boulder Lake clubs address is 127 Lake Harmony Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624. The address of the club will also be included in your confirmation email.
-Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
-This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Fantastic Lake Stay

The view was absolutely tremendous. The home was clean, well-equipped and the description was very accurate. We loved staying on the floor level because it gave us quick and easy access outside to enjoy the view. Great Family Vacation

Cute place in the perfect location. We enjoyed the Poconos Market on Saturday, and hiked a few near by trails in the afternoon. The townhouse is only 20 minutes from Kalahari Water park. My kids love the pool and the local wildlife. We would definitely stay again

All went great. Upon checking in, entering there was a beeping sound. One of the smoke alarms needed a new battery, sorry could not find extra batteries. No concern, there were plenty of other smoke alarms. Locking door upon leaving was a little confusing, but we figured it out. Totally enjoyed the stay and would stay again if the opportunity comes around.

Beautiful and convenient location.

This property is right on Lake Boulder and 3 minutes away from the Boulder Lake Club. Boulder Lake Club passes are included. The Club has a heated pool and a sandy beach right on the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and had a relaxing ride around the lake. They also have tennis, bocce, picnic tables etc. Very nice.

Lake vacation

It rained all weekend but it didn’t hold us bake. The view was amazing. We did get to swim for a few hours on Sunday. The pool was amazing. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. We got to use the wood burning fireplace which was so enjoyable. I wish there was a whisk and a hand mixer as I enjoy baking and cooking when I treat my family to a long weekend. The table was too large for the outdoor space but that’s not a complaint. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The Ahert grocery store was very good. I won’t bring so much food with me next time. Thank you to the owner for supplying such a wonderful unit. We are already planning our return!

Switch 2 weeks before trip

The manager was Vacasa. We were notified thst this condo was under repair for the dates of our trip. We had a choice if replacement condos. We took the one next door. That condo needed some maintenance.

Beautiful condo on a peaceful lake but…

This condo was very nice and you can’t beat being right on the lake, but this wasn’t a great place for kids unfortunately. The pool and lake beach access closed at 6 pm! It’s July! Which left us with not much left to do with our kids which was a bummer. The lake club was nice but didn’t have a ton to rent in terms of water sports for us to take advantage of. The age demographic definitely sways older, which is fine…it just got a little too quiet for our 8 and 12 year old! We loved sitting on the deck with the lake view though and the unit itself was perfect!

Great ski getaway location

This condo unit had all that we needed -- just my daughter and me -- for a couple of days skiing at Big Boulder, Jack Frost, and Camelback. Very clean, very comfortable. Kitchen is dated but had all we needed for breakfasts and some dinners in. Mattresses on the queen beds appeared to be memory foam; king bed in master wasn't but was still comfortable enough. Would stay here again.

Cozy warm weekend

Welcomed by this cozy warm cottage. Afternoon walks by the lake, came upon 5 deer that almost let us pet them! Dinner at the Prime steak house around the corner and back to the cozy couch, a bottle of wine, and a movie. Definitely doing this again soon. Clean easy rental. Beautiful winter lake!
