Will and Kelly and their family live in nearby Asheville and have enjoyed camping and visiting Hot Springs over the years.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this one-of-a-kind home in the great, little town of Hot Springs and especially cherish the creek frontage on the property and access to fishing, swimming, and just listening to the relaxing sounds of the water.
What makes this property unique
Some unique features of this beautiful property are the gorgeous creek access that lines one side of the property, seasonal flowers and gardens, the cozy interior for any season, gas fireplaces, and the awesome kitchen and dining room for large family meals. The house's proximity to downtown Hot Springs makes it super convenient to walk or drive down to the restaurants and shops in town. The house is also located about 100 yards from the Appalachian Trail. You can walk either direction to get into the woods within minutes!
