It is located next to the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and near The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. It's a 15-20 minute walk across the amazing Monarch Beach Resort Golf Course to the beautiful Monarch Beach and Salt Creek Beach.

The unit features a covered entry area, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, patio/balcony area, a storage closet, an assigned carport next to the unit, and access to the community Club House, which is located across the street from the unit.

The living room is equipped with comfy furniture to lounge in and catch up on your favorite TV news, shows or movies. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, tools, and gadgets perfectly organized for the chef's delight. The kitchen and dining room set up have been designed for convenient and trouble-free entertaining.

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, black-out drapes, large TV, and walk-in closet.
Each bathroom features a walk-in shower with overhead and hand-held shower heads. The main bath also features grab bars in 3 different places for your safety and convenience.
