Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. Gathering spaces for the whole family and an equipped kitchen to allow for cooking for all meals. Short walk to the downtown area for browsing and shopping. Third year there and still very pleased with the accommodations.

Wonderful home for our large group. We were 8 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog. Everyone had their space. Beach location was awesome! Great views and sound of ocean waves was perfect. House was clean and well stocked. We never got tired of the view of twin rocks. Everyone enjoyed the game room. We have stayed in many of the smaller coastal towns on the Oregon Coast and Rockaway Beach has become a new favorite. We would definitely rent this place again.

We had a great time. Great location, great view. we had a little bit of difficulty to lock and unlock the doors. We bought additional paper towels, dishwashing liquid. We also filled the gas tank for the grills by ourselves. For future occupants, be prepared for little things like that.

Our family reunion with a dog went amazingly well. The view of the ocean and beach from the house is outstanding and the walk to the beach is very easy. The house is amazingly modern with the biggest kitchen island I have ever seen. We used the firepit one night and felt very safe having a riproaring fire to sing by.The most fun was the recurring battles for victory on the billiard table. We played two, three-handed and team games and had a ball.Nicky Evans

Nicky, It’s so wonderful to hear your family reunion turned into such a memorable time together - those are the kinds of stays that really stick with you! We love hearing about evenings around the firepit, friendly billiards competitions, and mornings spent enjoying those incredible ocean views. The easy beach access and oversized kitchen island really do make Vinovilla such a fun gathering place for groups and families. We’re especially glad your whole group, including your pup, felt right at home. We’d be honored to host your family again anytime for another special gathering by the coast.

We had a great stay! House is directly on the beach, with access out the back door to the sand. Home was very well stocked with supplies and even high end touches like Dyson hair dryers. There was so much space to spread out with the 3 levels. Beautiful views from the very top level. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Great views, fully stocked kitchen, lots of couch seating. Games downstairs were great! Kitchen table chairs were uncomfortable and needed some cushions. Would be nice to have a table option to play family games in the upper level.

Everything was great but the 10 A.M. checkout seemed pretty early and the host was not able to be flexible. I'm giving 5 stars anyway, but cooking and cleaning a big breakfast and packing up was hard to all get done by 10 and caused some stress.

Bryan, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Vinovilla and had a relaxing weekend on the Oregon Coast with your pup. We also appreciate your thoughts regarding the checkout timing. We understand that departure mornings can feel a bit rushed when trying to enjoy one last breakfast and get packed up before heading out. Our check-out time is listed prior to booking, and unfortunately late departures are sometimes not possible when another guest is arriving the same day. Thank you again for the generous 5-star review. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another coastal getaway in the future.
