Waterfront home with private beach and dock on the Potomac River!

Looking for a place to get away? Come see what the Northern Neck in Virginia has to offer. This waterfront home will help you unplug and enjoy all that the Potomac River has to offer! You can enjoy a quiet morning watching birds dive in the water looking for their breakfast while you enjoy a cup of coffee or complete a puzzle at the kitchen table. The kids can play upstairs in the loft that has been converted into a kids hideaway. Grab a new book from the bookcase and read on the private beach area while the kids play in the river! Or bring a fishing pole and fish off the dock or throw one of the crab pots in and see what you find! There is so much to see and each time will be a unique experience!

We have two bedrooms and one loft that has been converted into a kids area fitted with a bunk bed. Downstairs you will find two living room areas, one with a smart TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, we have provided a large work desk and monitor that you can connect to your laptop and work remote. There is also a dining area with a table that seats 6 and coffee nook with a brand new Keuirg coffee maker (A Ninja Coffee maker is available as well for drip coffee, if that is your preference). Down the hall, you will find a full bathroom (with a shower/tub combo), mudroom equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, and the spare bedroom with a queen sized bed and smart TV. In the mudroom, you can also find an assortment of sand toys, a bocce ball set and corn hole set you are welcome to use during your stay.

Go up the spiral staircase into the loft area that has a twin over a full bunk bed and a few games and toys! Down the hall from the loft is the Primary bedroom with a king sized bed, smart tv, and a sitting area you can sneak away to for a quiet cup of coffee or read a book. In the Primary Bedroom, there is a on suite with a shower.

About 10 minutes from the house is the town of Callao, VA which has a number of restaurants, a brewery, and some fun stores to look around in! Also a slightly further drive are the towns of Warsaw, Heathsville, Montross and more! There is plenty of new areas to explore in the Northern Neck!
