Cute home with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms share one bathroom.
Master has king-sized bed and the other two rooms contain queen beds. Linens, towels, etc. provided.

Location was great. Very convenient to Parris Island for Grandson's Graduation. Family room, dining room, kitchen had no window coverings. No hair dryer provided. House needs to be updated mostly the kitchen. Back yard was unkept and not usable. Plus was the location and we did see deer every night. The house was very clean inside. We would stay again but for sure needs curtains or blinds on kitchen, dining and living room windows and some clean up of the back yard.

We did some laundry after 4 days there. A damp comforter was still in the dryer but we dried it and put it in the linen closet.Location was great for the activities we had.

The house was perfect for what we needed. When we come for a visit to Parris Island for USMC events we're really there to sleep and gather together as a family over coffee - gone pretty much all day. It's a dated home in a coastal area and there is some upkeep that may be delayed, but the house was clean and comfortable.

This home is wonderful for families. We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for my family. We were there for my son’s marine boot camp graduation. Not far from the base.

We learned curb appeal and reviews can be VERY deceiving! Does anyone preview these homes before they are listed on your website? We anticipated this home would meet the safety and cleanliness standards of Vrbo ! However, upon arrival, we were very disappointed and angry. There are several safety issues that should be addressed; inoperable light switches, ceiling light, locks and wall plugs. Kitchen: dirty cabinets, cookware and appliances! We would never consider preparing or consuming a meal in this house.Bathrooms were dirty, inoperable shower controls, clogged drains and NO toilet paper.Backyard consisted of a dilapidated shed, lawn chair and exterminator sprayer.I am enclosing pictures and encourage you to enlarge the photos to further emphasize our disappointment.Bottom line, This house should not be on Vrbo rental and I'm sorry to say, this was our first and last experience with your company.

Home was filthy. Dishwasher, stove, floors all dirty. Master bed was hard as a rock. No usable washer or dryer. Windows were so dirty you could hardley see out...and the topper.....ROACHES!!!!! PROPERTY MANAGER IS UNRESPONSIVE!! Claimed in the only message I got back back, "these are the jind of roaches that come in from the mulch, when you leave the door open". The door closes on its own. It doesn't stay open. I wish I could post the photos. HORRIBLE!

My two neices graduated from Paris Island this past November . We rented this home for four days . The house was very clean including all the bedding and sheets. You have everything you need there utensils,pots,pans .Also a nice laundry. Joanna is a terrific host attentive to your needs. We locked the keys in the house we contacted Joanna she was so nice had someone there immediately with spare key. . The neighborhood family oriented my kids enjoyed playing with neighborhood kids or in the backyard . Over all it was a fantastic quiet location just minutes away from all major stores and services . I was able to drive to Paris Island within 15 to 18 minutes. We had a good time and want to thank Joanna.

Good home base

We stayed here as a home base to visit Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah, and Bluffton and Hilton Head. It worked well as it was well-situated centrally. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and family-friendly.

Perfect stay

This charming house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s close to Parris Island for graduation. Our Host was fantastic and we loved the area. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect, and the house was spacious. We couldn’t have had a better place to call home for a week.
