This 1 bedroom 1 bath beach condo is the perfect escape and accommodates up to 4 guests along with a queen sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a brand-new memory foam Queen mattress also. Enjoy Sunset Beach on foot or bike while exploring local restaurants and bars! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels provided!

Great location with amazing host!

We had a wonder 5 day stay! The location was central to most of our daily activities with plenty of restaurant options right near by! The beach across the street is beautiful and full of shells! House was stocked with all the odds and ends you can’t bring from home (or don’t think to). Would definitely recommend a stay!

Wonderful beach home away from home!

Wonderful cozy apartment with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Tyler and Taylor are very friendly and prompt in response! Very clean with all amenities for a lovely get away! I will definitely return!

Nice condo across the street from the beach, Quiet. The condo is very well stocked with everything that you could possibly need for an extended stay. Beach and pool are nice. Good place.

First week Red Tide did not allow us to use the beach. Second week enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the quiet beach. Weather was great. Very quiet location in the rental.

Not Ocean Front

The property is nice, not ocean view, when we book we were under the impression it was! Too small for 4 adults, may be comfortable for two adults and 2 small children! Very clean property!

Helen, We pride ourselves on accurate listings, and positive guest experience. No where in our listing does it say the property is gulf front, and there’s even a photo pointing outside the front door, where you can see it is not direct beachfront. We also provide the square footage, and explain it is best for couple or a small family. Guests are also able to message hosts prior to booking to be sure the property is the right fit for you. You did not communicate to us at all about these concerns before or during your stay, otherwise we would’ve happily tried to accommodate you at another one of our units that was a better fit. We even message our guests, as we did with you, after the first night so that we can eliminate any concerns and be sure you have a comfortable stay. This property is not beachfront, but it is a first floor walkout, and 50 steps to the sand. You’re there in 30 seconds, and guests love our location, cozy accommodations and heated pool on the gulf side. We hope future guests reach out to us with any questions you have about the property and the sunset beach area and we are happy to help!
