Perfect for the beach

The condo was clean, and had just enough space, the balconies were both very nice and the view was awesome. Furniture is a little dated, but beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay and relax

A few minute walk from the beach, through the property. No crossing a road. Beach was amazing sand soft and white. The house was clean.

Beautiful, peaceful, wonderful

Stunning location at the end of Treasure Island, the condo is clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. Across the lot from the pool and steps from the beach, there's also a boardwalk all the way around and on the channel side, a fun slice of dog beach. We ate our meals on the balcony watching the sunset. You might be able to find a place with more updates but you can't beat this location. We will be back.

My family had a good vacation here!

Sunset is breathtaking! Safe private community with assigned parking lot. Just steps away to the beach! Heated pool with a hot SPA are perfect for our family! We cooked breakfast two times and ordered pizza two times during our stay. There are tons of great restaurants in short distance! The washer and dryer are so handy for a beach vacation! There are beach chairs, surfing board, floating toys in the condo as well! We have had a great vacation here! Will definitely come back!

The condo was clean and the pool was wonderful. The ocean was just steps beyond the pool. As others have stated, the place could use some updates. The bed was not comfortable and the carpet needs replaced. We found one beach towel, so if you’re planning to go to the beach or pool, bring your own towels. The hardest thing for us is that we didn’t have a car. You can catch the trolley and ride for 2.50 per person, but be aware the pickup spot is a 30 minute walk away. Restaurants say they are one minute away, but it is an hour walk as you have to walk around the channel. There is also no hair dryer. Check-in and check-out was a pain because we had to go to the resort rental office to get the key and then to return it. Again, it would’ve been fine with a car, but the uber charged 38 round trip from Lands End to the rental place. I should’ve read the information better - my fault, but wanted others to be aware of this before you arrive.

We found this place through VRBO and despite the fact that we saw photo, we were still a bit anxious about the place. However, from the moment we opened the door of the condo, we were in love with the place - the ocean view is amazing, the condo was very clean and comfortable, all the necessities were there, including kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery, sheets, towels, etc.. We are a family of five and sleeping arrangement worked well in this unit, and two roomy bathrooms were great as well. Loved the balcony where we enjoyed most of our meals. The pool is excellent, the beach absolutely amazing! We were in Treasure Island in August so the place was very quite, which we absolutely loved! A wonderful vacation!

At that moment we found out that the washing machine did not work. I called the management company and was told that they would have someone out to repair it. No one showed and we never received a follow up call from the office.
