Located on the Gulf side of Sandestin Beach Resort, this 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villas in Beachwalk Villas has gorgeous lake views and is waking distance to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the emerald coast. You will enter through a private gated patio with seating for 4 and ample space to store your beach gear. This charming villa is two stories with the kitchen, dining, living space and half bath downstairs. The kitchen has all the utensils need to cook a full meal for nights when you want to stay in. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two which opens up into the dining area. The dining table has seating for up to 6. Beyond the dining area you will find the living room with sleeper sofa, oversized occassional chair, large flat screen, and sliding glass doors which provide calming views of the lake. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the patio with a table a chairs for enjoying morning coffee or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub shower combo. This bedroom has huge window with incredible lake views. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Here you will be in the heart of casual and fine dining, exciting nightlife, great shopping, and for the kids there are rides, arcades, ropes and adventure courses. Finish your night with one of the many planned events…firework displays, outdoor concerts, or a movie on the lawn. Enjoyable weekend

The property was located close to shops and the beach. Clean and comfortable rental. Would stay again. Parking was tight. On arrival, golf carts took up too much space and blocked the one space available. But neighbors helped to organize parking for remainder of stay.

Nice but..and management was very attentive!

First I want to say that the condo itself is good …decorated nicely but will address things that could have been better if owner willing to add some things. I have stayed at the resort on and off since 2003 but mainly on the Baytowne Village side. 1. The toilet paper roll holder and the shower knob in master need to be addressed. 2. The cleaners could do a better job ..it was “clean” but needs a deep clean or a good cleaning. 3. I understand no golf cart (which I believe the resort has gone a little excessive with golf carts) because I had a golf cart and can be costly with batteries and mechanical issues BUT it would have been nice to AT LEAST have the pass for the shuttle. I know they say can walk to beach but not sure walking is acceptable when you are carrying small cooler, 4 beach chairs, towels, bags with snacks, etc 4. It would have been nice to have beach chairs or at least the “key” with the discount that the rental people ask if you have…it is ridiculously expensive!! We ended up buying 4 chairs at Walmart but of course had to leave them which cost us but still cheaper than renting chairs and umbrella! So I guess we left them for the next guests to enjoy! 5. Also you CANNOT walk to The Village from there with or without tunnel! We could MAYBE IF doing a power walk for exercise but NOT if dressed nicely and going to eat etc…again this is what I said earlier that the shuttle pass would have been nice to have..would stay again if things mentioned are addressed.
