Nestled in the treetops above the magnificent Toxaway Falls, this warm and inviting 3 bedroom / 2 bath condominium is the perfect getaway. From the back deck, you can enjoy this impressive 150-foot waterfall and witness the incredible 240-foot elevation change as the Toxaway River rushes into the Nantahala Forest below. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waterfall and wake up to the songbirds greeting the day. A cup of coffee never tasted better! One pet (dog) is permitted with a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee.

Things To Do:

Outdoor activities are endless with three prestigious golf courses, fly-fishing, hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, and scenic drives. Some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the southeast are just minutes away. Gorges State Park and Panthertown Valley are home to more cascading waterfalls, trout streams, panoramic views, and biologically diverse wildlife habitats with over 200 rare plant species!

The nearby communities of Lake Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers and Highlands offer several great restaurants, quaint shops, local artists, galleries, spas and music festivals. For a small town, Brevard has more than its share of culture, including the world-renowned Brevard Music Center, only 20 minutes away by car. We are about an hour from the main gates of the Biltmore House (circa 1895). With it’s amazing architecture and innovative engineering far ahead of its time, the Biltmore House remains the largest privately-owned home in America.

For more beautiful views and scenic drives, the Blue Ridge Parkway is “must see”. Looking Glass Rock, Shining Rock, Devils Courthouse and the Pisgah Forest are all iconic landmarks of this unique and amazing area.

Where:

Located off Highway 64 in North Carolina between Brevard and Cashiers, we are easily accessible year-round. Toxaway Village is approximately 40 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport in the community of Lake Toxaway, located in mountains of Western North Carolina. We are approximately 2.5 hours from Atlanta and approximately 1.5 hours from Greenville, SC.

Accommodations:

Every detail has been considered in this immaculate home. An open floor plan features a large living room, a Smart TV, gas burning fireplace, wet bar and comfortable seating for 6 people. Floor to ceiling windows capture views from every angle while the large sliding glass doors invite you out to the covered patio. The patio is furnished with a large comfortable lounger for relaxing and dinette for casual dining.

The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee pot, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, bake ware and cooking utensils. Kitchen staples include various teas, coffee and spices. For your convenience, a dishwasher and dish-washing supplies are also are available.

The large master bedroom features a king size bed, a Smart TV, a large dresser and closet for added storage. Large, expansive windows offer more incredible views and private access to the covered balcony patio.

Two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom are available for guests. Both guest rooms are quiet and comfortable; each with a queen size bed, large closet and dresser.

Towels, linens and some toiletries are provided. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies available. The pool located on the property is available for residents and guests of Toxaway Falls.
