Ocean View Poipu Beach Condo (A/C) 804

Commanding View of the Sunny Poipu Oceanscape, where luxury & lush surroundings await you at our Poipu Beach Condo!
Spectacular Ocean View, 2-story, non-smoking condominium, has over 1200 interior sq. ft. as well as 3 private lanais. It's perfect for one family, or 2 couples. This Poipu Beach condo is located in lush grounds that remind guests of a tropical botanical garden.
Our condo is decorated with a Hawaiian theme, modern yet Island feel. A fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, or adjacent is the BBQ area. A 55" TV in the living room with cable and DVD, and free WIFI so you can stay connected. Master bedroom has a flat panel LCD TV. The condo has a powerful A/C the keep the whole condo cool and comfortable.

The Nihi Kai Villas are a short walk to the beach, but are located ocean front. There are tennis courts, a pool and BBQ areas available to guests.

Restaurant at Poipu Shopping Village are a short walk away for award winning food.

We counted 120 paces to the ocean from our condo, and a few more to Brennecke Beach.


What's Nearby?

Nihi Kai 804 is situated just steps from the ocean, and Brennecke Beach is a few yards further. This is a great boogie boarding beach. Another few yards and you will come to Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach was voted #1 beach in the U.S.A. by The Travel Channel. It offers swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, playground, restaurant, ice cream shop, surf shop and a baby beach, all within easy walking distance of #804.

Just up the road is The Poipu Shopping Village, where you will find various shops, and some great restaurants. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm there is a great Polynesian Show in the courtyard. One of our favorite restaurants is Keoki's Paradise, which has a great selection of food. The Old Town of Koloa is a couple of miles down the road, and offers a quaint look back in time, and is home to stores and more restaurants. Further down is Spouting Horn state park, and the arboretum, which are both free to visit.

Great location with great views of the ocean overlooking Brennecke's Beach just east of Poipu Beach, both an easy walk to and from. The Condo was quiet and comfortable with all the kitchen utensils needed. Bedrooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular-do many beautiful sunsets! Steve was easy to work with-we would absolutely stay here again!

Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again!

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

Poipu Paradise

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.

Property campus is well maintained. Building 8 is at the top of the hill and has gorgeous views of the area. There are several stairs that would be a problem for people with limited mobility. The condo was stocked with essential items better then any previous rental I've had (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc). It's nice to not have to bring them or pay inflated island prices. Also well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Beach is within walking distance, but driving makes more sense if you are taking cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Steve provided helpful info for check-in and was responsive to questions. A few things in the condo didnt work as intended and some cleaning disappointments, but nothing really problematic.

Paradise

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.
