This place worked out great for us for our daughter’s softball tournament stay. Plenty of room and it was located just minutes from the fields and downtown was walking distance.

The apartment was clean and convenient, located downtown. The parking instructions were unclear, they listed a lot for 10 right across the street, but we couldn't find it. There was a private lot, and another lot that didn't allow over night parking. We instead parked at the garage down the street.

This condo is clean, that is the best thing i can say. The curtains dont fit the doorwall and the next condo is REALLY close and can see right in!We had a questions and a couple problems, when we contacted the host they never replied until the day we were leaving,we were there 2 days!Also having to find somewhere to park and paying up to 20 a night was very inconvenient.

This was a great little condo near everything we wanted to walk to in TC. We only stayed one night but wish it would’ve been a longer stay due to the fantastic location.

Amazing location downtown and close to so many restaurants and shops! The host took several days to respond to messages and didn’t respond to my messages day of check-in and was given the incorrect door code initially which made the check- in process challenging. Definitely enough space for 2 people!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, and the place was well stocked. It is a great location. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking was the only tricky part, but once we figured that out (we just parked in the garage down the street), we were good to go. 🙂

Clean unit; well equipped. Parking is not included and the designated lot you must park in only has a 10 hour limit. So if you park early in the go out renew the parking. Very annoying. Smoke alarm started chirping at 2 AM on our last night there. My 67-year-old husband had to balance on a very narrow barstool in order to disable the smoke alarm. I read a review from 2024 where someone else had the exact same experience. This could be remedied by putting yearly replacement of smoke alarm batteries on their to do list. It’s a good thing my husband is in relatively good shape. Zero instructions about checkout until I messaged them an hour before we were leaving.

Great, walkable location, clean house, well equipped. While the listing originally stated there was a parking permit, one was not available in the end, and we had to pay for nearby garage parking. It looks like the listing has since been updated to reflect that, though.

All you could want

We were really impressed from the moment we walked in. The condo is basically brand new and the owners have clearly out a lot of thought into making sure you want for nothing. Nice touches like coffee pods, Q-Tips and linens really made the whole stay effortless. The location is great, close to downtown and very central if you plan on taking day trips to the many amazing spots in the area. The only note I’d add is that on the weekend there was some noise/music from downtown that we heard, but nothing that kept us awake. I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends 👍

Good place bad view.

Pros: Good unit, great hosts. Cons: There is no free parking at the building. I stay a month at a time so that made a big difference to me. Also another building went up directly across since the picture was taken, and there is no view and just a little chunk of sky between the buildings. Great kitchen everything you need to cook, which is important to me access to all cleaning products and supplies.

Nice place, poor management

Unit very clean, nice location if you want to be downtown. Parking was a nightmare and according to parking lot attendant, this unit had an assigned parking spot, but the manager(s) failed to leave the necessary parking permit. Also at 3 am on last night there, smoke alarm low battery beeper was going off every 30 seconds, and was too high up on ceiling for us to reach and remove old battery. So of course we couldn't sleep after that, and no response from property manager on this issue.

This place was in an excellent location and a very clean, beautiful apartment. No real view...but who needs it when you'll be out and about most of the day. For anyone concerned about parking...there is a parking garage right down the street that allows overnight parking (maybe a 3 minute walk) We went for the 4th of July weekend and it cost 50 total for 2 nights...not sure if this is cheaper in the off season/ non-holiday event time or not. I've read reviews that the lock is tricky, but the trick is just waiting to hear the door finish locking/unlocking before opening or checking it. You can walk to the beach in about 7-10 min depending on your pace. Was a perfect location for the cherry festival and for tons of breweries, bars,restaurants, shopping. Would 100% rent again. Very satisfied
