This Beautiful Brand new home features 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms on a huge almost acre lot featuring a basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table, large putting green, pool, a NEW pickleball court, outdoor kitchen with bbq/fridge and built in fire pit with seating(inquire about propane). Spacious floor plan sleeps up to 18 people, with a beautiful chefs kitchen, large 70” TV, pool table, fiber WIFI this centrally located designer home in scottsdale wont disappoint! Pool can be heated for added cost with 72 hour notice.(subject to weather) AZ TPT21450789.

Perfect location for a small bachelor party in Scottsdale

The house was fantastic. We had a small bachelor party staying here and it was a great location between activities/rounds of golf. Awesome location with plenty of space and things to do! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place for bachelorette party

The best part was communication. Our host was very available and accommodating. But the truth is the property itself is the best part as it is amazing and fun and accommodates a lot of people!

Successful Managers golf trip

This was the perfect space for me and my team. Plenty of room with a great back yard. Property manager was very easy to work with and communicated well. Would 10/10 recommend and will be staying there again.

Pickleball Paradise

loved the pickleball court. if you like pickleball this is the place for you. the back had it all, the fake grass was like outdoor carpet. Easy to get to everything.

Great space for family time

The yard was great for playing catch with a baseball, a family football game, and practicing your short golf game. We paid to have the pool heated but it didn't get up to a comfortable temperature until the day before we left. The basketball court was fun but it needed swept and the balls needed air. An air pump was provided. Request propane if you intend to use the grill and/or the firepit. We ran out quickly and the spare tanks were empty. The main living room/kitchen/dining area was a good size for our group (9 adults, 5 kids) to hang out together. The front bedroom, which was converted from an office space, is right next to this main area so it's loud and probably shouldn't be used by light sleepers. We bought a fan to help mitigate the noise. The communication with the host was great. Don was very easy to get ahold of.
